He follows his passion by playing his Martin D-35 guitar, writing music and authoring books that include Memories and Spice, a fun cookbook where he relates his adventurous experiences while attending medical school in Spain. Dr. Valdes is currently working on a third book titled “Remember When”. He had several appearances in the television series Miami Vice as well as some movies and commercials. He is also involved in global business venture with Agel Enterprises.
Dr. Valdes has two beautiful daughters attending college in central Florida.view less
