In addition, he serves on the board of directors for educational and financial services organizations. Arthur has a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and an MBA with emphasis in Technology Management. He attended BYU and received a B.S. in Marketing with a Music Minor from San Jose State University. Arthur has participated in leadership programs at the London Business School, Harvard, and Oxford. He also serves on the University of Phoenix faculty, has been a missionary in New Zealand, is an Eagle Scout, and enjoys playing the violin.view less
