Alan served with the Royal Australian Air Force and did a tour of Vietnam (1969-1970). He still gets a huge buzz out of planes.
Alan has been a Consumer Advocate for some years on a Steering Committee with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, developing an online Treatment Decision Aid for men with prostate cancer. He is currently the Convenor of the Bayside-Kingston Prostate Cancer Support Group.view less
