A Fellow at the School of Life and former senior editor at Prospect magazine, he has a doctorate from St John'sCollege, Oxford, and writes widely in the press. Tom has done design, writing and consultancy work for games and new media companies including Google, Six to Start and Intervox, and has spoken at forums including TED Global, the RSA and the World IT Congress. He also writes fiction and poetry, and plays jazz piano.view less
