He and coauthor Jim Hunt have known each other since the 1960s, when they recorded songs for Columbia Records. Risch has published music, poetry, history books, and literary articles. He and his wife, Nancy, share their time between Boston and Florida’s west coast. They have five grown children spread throughout New England.view less
