About

Summary

N. C. Pol is a new author. She is
a Floridian who has lived in South
Miami, Florida, for over fifty years.
She is the daughter of immigrant
parents from Cuba who fled the island
under the Castro regime. Her story takes place in an area
she is most familiar with. One of the main characters
in her story is a woman named Maria. Maria reflects
the Cuban American culture of the area. The story is a
little about danger, betrayal, suspense, murder, and of
course, romance. It is the story of two people meeting by
chance, a woman who was selective about meeting the
right man and a man who is a professional assassin who
is waiting for orders to finish his last and final hit on a
top Cuban Miami mobster. The last thing on Al’s mind
was to fall in love. Hopefully, you will fall in love with
the book like Al fell in love with Maria. Al is a man who
was not looking to fall in love. But love found him in a
most exceptional way.
