Reviews for More Than Just The Strokes; Personal Best Tennis in Clubland and Beyond
2 ratings1 review
- jpsnowRating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This one is very readable, using a series of short essay-like chapters, each about a specific topic. I've already referred back a couple times and the overall tone and thinking align well with my approach. It also resonated with me that he referenced other research (especially Loehr's "mental toughness" and "peak performance"), and, in the course of about 2 pages, referenced several sources with whom I identify (Charles Schwab Sr., Gwynn - on the same day he was inducted, and Tom Peters: "Shut up and compete.").
