Survivors: The Empty City is about a golden retreiver named Lucky. Lucky and his friend, Sweet, were captured by dog catchers and got thrown in the pound. then, suddenly, an earthquake struck the city including tghe pound the were trapped in. Lucky and Sweet were the only ones to escape and survive out of the hundreds of other dogs that were trapped and died. Lucky and Sweet wandered around the city in search of food and shelter. But as the do so, Lucky realizes that all the people are gone. and that is a problem. The only way Lucky knows how to find food is by begging the people for it. Sweet decided to leave and find a pack and learn how to hunt, but Lucky has always been a lone dog, and he wanted to stay that way. After living alone for a few days, Lucky ran into an old friend. Lucky's friend gave him a chunk of meat and sent Lucky on his way. But Lucky wasn't the only hungry creature around. Soon enough, Lucky was surrounded by vicious gray foxes. But Lucky was saved by a group of strange dogs. But these dogs weren't wild dogs, they were house dogs. They depended on Lucky to protect them.
