This book is a group of poems
from years of searching for love and understanding. Admitting my faults and
dealing with the consequences of them have been an ongoing event of my life. I
am learning what it means to have a renewed mind. See What I See shows my
transformation as I come to know myself. It is a freeing thing to learn that
your thinking is flawed. To see your beliefs lead you into a pit. As a young
man, I grew up with a single black female parent who strived to pull me out of
an environment of poverty and insecurity. Unknowingly, I brought those things
with me as I grew up. It has only been the love of God that has brought me in
relationship with Jesus Christ, which is where I found my identity. This book
shows a road traveled as my conversion continues to mature.
