After 25 years in managerial and executive leadership roles in the business-to-business technology and services space, Karen made the decision to change her life by working to transform the lives of others. Consequently, she has been coaching, consulting, and facilitating leadership workshops for individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 100 companies for well over a decade now-and she is a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Today, her practice is mostly one-on-one deep coaching with executives, entrepreneurs, and executive coaches. Along the way, she's learned from some of the very best in the coaching business, including Steve Chandler, Rich Litvin, Steve Hardison, Byron Katie, Werner Erhard, Julio Olalla, and George and Linda Pransky.
