When Frankie receives a prophecy from a gorgeous member of a local hill tribe, he has mixed feelings. Who is this beautiful young prophetess, and why does she think he will save Port City from a catastrophic invasion? As Frankie wrestles with his conscience he begins to bear witness to the decadence of the society around him. If he does nothing the results will be devastating.
