Upon becoming aware of the world around him while at the toy store, Toby Bear searches for the secret to being chosen by a child.

When Lamb is chosen by a little girl after focusing her thoughts and being touched by the light, Toby learns to use White Light Meditation to create energy to make his own future unfold.

Finding himself in an unexpected medical environment, Toby meets Ani, a sick child in need of healing support. Toby quickly realizes that the techniques he learned at the toy store can help his beloved girl feel better.

In Toby Bear and the Healing Light, you will discover
- the power of focused thoughts
- positive, healing affirmations
- gentle yoga poses for children

In August of 2009 Lisa Boulton was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her mother died of breast cancer 25 years earlier. Devastated by the prospect of what lay ahead, she turned to the loving support of friends and family. She was astonished when her entire community stepped up to help.

To be proactive with her treatments and healing, she learned White Light Meditation, practiced Yoga and changed her diet from a fairly American standard to a very healthy organic diet and eliminated sugar.

On her journey from cancer back to health, she decided to find a way to help others heal.

This book puts the power of focused thought and healing into your child's hands.

This story evolved from my personal experience with cancer. I wanted to give children who were going through cancer treatments, or any other illness, something to teach them how to visualize and meditate during the illness to promote healing. I wanted to give parents an understanding of the mind-body healing process and how powerful it can be. As I progressed through my treatments, various friends and teachers taught me how to breath, meditate, and choose good thoughts to visualize my own healing. My nurses and tech's would ask me what I was doing, because I was going through a very difficult treatment process without complications or the usual side affects. In short, they were amazed. We still don't know enough about the mind-body connection, but we do know it's important and we can effect change. This book is my gift to children everywhere, to help them through, give them hope and encourage them to see that they can participate in their healing.
