Learn, understand and implement the Leadership Traits taught to the world's finest fighting force - the United States Marines. Use these traits to get ahead in your current job or career while reading about the exploits of some of history's most exciting and colorful characters.
JJDIDTIEBUCKLE is an acronym, each letter signifying a Leadership Trait that is drilled into Marines from their first day in boot camp and reinforced every day they spend in the Marine Corps until they become etched into their lives - acting like an ethical compass for all they do.
Often, civilians wonder why even the youngest of Marines display maturity and capability beyond their years - the contents of this book explain how and why this happens and also explains how you can take advantage of the same.
Perry Hurtt was born in Hillsboro, Oregon in 1965. Joining the Marine Corps as soon as he graduated Lower Lake High School in 1983, he spent the next 16 years traveling the globe and working in many different capacities as the Marine Corps saw fit. In March of 2000, Perry was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps, having gained the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (E7) and went to work for Corporate America. Since 2000 Perry has worked for 3 different companies in numerous positions to fully apply the leadership traits learned in the Marine Corps.
While continuing the corporate drudgery, Perry has also created and is championing the concept of "$0 to $60K in 90 Days" - the idea that a person can undertake certain occupations with no college and no experience and obtain a $5K per month income within 90 days, thereby achieving a $60K salary.
