Gastronomic experiences in Morocco

Morocco is a country full of wonderful places.

It is a country that, in many respects, still feels wild, due to its rural setting, its mountain ranges where people remain isolated during winter, and fishing villages on coastal areas with infinite beaches.

On my first trek through the Grand Atlas Mountains, we were incredibly fortunate to have a man named Ismael as part of our group.

He was one of the best cooks I have ever met in my life, ah, if you could have tasted his cooking!

At the beginning of the trek, in a small village situated in a valley, the cook fulfilled the task of buying all the necessary vegetables and meats (of course, pork was excluded from the menu, as Morocco is a Muslim
