Amazing! My toddler son and I are vegetarian rather than vegan but this awesome book full of healthy, vegan and exciting bento-inspired lunch ideas has been an inspiration not just for his nursery lunch but for picnics, party food and snacks. It's well-written, easy to understand and contains some beautiful lunchbox photography. I heartily recommend this one for everyone; whether you're vegan or a hardcore meat-eater you will find this book to be an utter gem.read more
I came across this book while looking for a book with cool recipes making bentos. Being a non-vegan I have to say I found most of the recipes in this book to be both tasty and simple. There are some of them that don't appeal to me, probably because I have other non-vegan options but nonetheless these recipes are both healthy and simple for children and adults.read more
