    Caramel Praline Bubble

    400 g dark cooking chocolate, melted

    Filling:

    •  100 ml sweetened condensed milk

    •  60 g finely granulated sugar (caster)

    •  40 ml liquid sugar

    •  25 g unsalted butter

    •  50 g rice bubbles

    Filling: Cook sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, brown sugar and melted unsalted butter in a thick bottom pot.

    Cook over low heat while stirring until mixture browns and turns into caramel. Remove from oven.

    3 Store the contents in the fridge for 3 hours.

    Chill the chocolate molds in the refrigerator.

    Pour the dark cooking chocolate into the mold; flatten with a brush to evenly distribute the chocolate to the edges of the mold. Repeat several times until mold edges have a thick layer of chocolate.

    Put the mold into the freezer.

    Pour the filling; put back into the fridge until the contents have hardened.
