About this ebook

Jade Moore was no stranger to the MC lifestyle. Growing up the daughter of the President of the Satan's Rebels, she knew all about family and loyalty. Her world slowly crumbles when she loses not only her parents, but her brother and best friend. Her Uncle steps in and becomes the family she so desperately needs. But what happens when the only family you have left betrays everything you have ever known?

Jade is dragged into the Condemned Warrior's world where she is imprisoned for four agonizing years. Beaten and brutalized, she wishes for death, but it never comes. Reaper inherited the MC from his brother, Halo, and will do whatever it takes to keep the club safe. Anything, including handing over his niece to the club's enemy. All he has to do is convince her brother, Tank, and best friend, Shadow, that she has run away. Easy. But what Reaper never expects is for Tank and Shadow to come home looking for answers years later and discovering the truth.

Tank and Shadow return to their hometown to investigate missing funds. It's when they begin digging for the evidence, they discover a much darker secret that Reaper has been hiding. Enlisting the help of the club's Sergeant at Arms, Viper, they set out to rescue Jade and bring her home where she belongs.

Viper's reputation is well known both inside and out of the MC. He is a cold-blooded killer, incapable of any feeling but hatred. His allegiance lies with Tank and the club. He will do whatever it takes to bring Jade home, even if it means crossing enemy lines to save her. What he doesn't expect is to fall for her.

This book is intended for Adults 18 and over due to graphic scenes involving sex, language, and violence. This novella is book one in the Satan''s Rebels MC series and ends in a cliffhanger.

Life: the existence of an individual.

Death: the permanent ending to one’s existence.

We exist and then we cease to exist. It seems so simple. Cut and dry. Just read any novel or movie on the topic. A baby is born to a loving family. They adore him or her from day one. They nurture the baby and eventually that baby grows up to be a toddler, learning the basics. How to walk and then talk. How to feed themselves. They grow older, begin school, and make friends. Learn new things. All the while, their parents are there for them, offering guidance. Eventually, the child becomes an adult, goes to college, gets a job, and then falls in love. They get married and have children of their own. They take care of their parents and inevitably watch them die. They grow older themselves. And then one day, they meet their own demise, surrounded by those who love them.

That is the storybook version. The life depicted in storybooks and movies. The one that fills my dreams each and every time I dare to close my eyes. The perfect life that most people live on a daily basis. Yes, there are tragedies that come in to play, but ultimately most lives are not touched by evil. Only in their nightmares do they catch a glimpse of the life I live.

I too was born to a loving family. I knew what love was all about. I had parents who put me first, above their own needs. I lived the dream life, the one I wish still remained. The one where my mother had dinner waiting for us every evening and helped me with my homework. Where my father sat in the front row at my recitals and cheering louder than everyone else in the audience. Both were supportive of me in every way and there was never a doubt they loved me.

Life slowly began to crumble when I turned sixteen. Watching your mother slowly die is completely devastating. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, our lives changed in the blink of an eye. She was so young, far too young to die, yet that is what ultimately happened. Her death impacted my entire family, more than anyone realized. We literally fell apart.

Daddy began drinking heavily. It was his way of alleviating the pain of losing the love of his life. My brother and I stood by helplessly as our father slowly killed himself in less than a year. What made it worse was that I was the one to find his body. An overdose of pills and alcohol. I was completely devastated, lost without him. In a little less than a year, I had lost both of my parents, leaving me alone.

Well, not completely alone. There was always Tank. He is five years older than me, and played the big brother role well. He always took pride in intimidating the guys I wanted to date in high school. No matter what he did to me, he was my brother, and I loved him dearly.

Then there was the club. The Satan’s Rebels had always been my family. Being the daughter of the club president, I was family to each and every brother. When I was orphaned, they were the ones to take me in. I had a roof over my head and food in my stomach. The compound became my new home.

My uncle, Reaper, took my father’s place as MC President after his death. This was a good thing as far as I was concerned. I had always thought of Reaper as a second father. He had been as much a part of my life as my own parents, and I loved him with every fiber of my being.

And then there was Shadow, the son of Raven, my father’s Sergeant at Arms. Shadow and I had grown up together. Even though he was two years older than me, we were the best of friends. We could always depend on one another, or at least that is what I believed. He watched my back, always making sure no one messed with me. He was my knight in shining armor and I loved him.

A year after my father died, Tank transferred to the Spokane Chapter, Hawk choosing him to be his new VP. Shadow was next to go, right after his father passed away. I was heartbroken being left alone, but I understood club life. I vowed we would stay in contact, but that never happened. The moment they left, I was forgotten.

I was left alone in a club run by my uncle, around people I had known all my life, and suddenly everything changed. The ongoing war with a rival MC, The Condemned Warriors, was fierce. Lockdown became the norm and I was rarely allowed to leave the compound. I hated it and I hated my life, but I loved the men around me. They were all I had left.

The conflicts between the two rival clubs came to a head, the tension within the club high, and I knew war was inevitable. I won't lie, it terrified me. Being in the club my entire life, I knew a lot of blood would be shed and more lives lost. Neither club would give up.

And then one day, it all came to an end. There would be
