The Dancer

15 pages11 minutes

She's noticed him for months. Daydreamed about him. Watched him in another setting once a week wondering whether he's aware she's the dancer at the club. Giselle will leave the performance theater soon. She'll miss the magic of the venue, and probably the lucrative nature of the employment as well. But what she'll miss most is one very striking professor.

He causes her mind to wander. She finds herself lost in thoughts where she explores his anatomy and engages his fantasies. Giselle can walk away, but that doesn't mean she wants to leave without any closer contact.

Does he realize that she's the dancer when she sits in his lectures and pretends to pay attention? Does he know that she's aware he's followed her?
