About this ebook
MEMORY
Casualties.
That’s how I refer to the guys who’ve had the bad fortune to fall for me. They only see long legs that they wish were wrapped around them, a cat-like smile, and the reckless abandon to take on any wild dare. It’s all a game to me. Show me a bridge, and I’ll leap over the side. Give me a car, and I’ll race it. Give me a heart, and I’ll break it. I always win. I even showed Death who was boss a long time ago.
Or so I thought.
Now, time is running out, and I’m losing fast…and big. I met someone. Jace Beaumont. He’s smart, and good, and I dream about spending days exploring the summit of his perfect lips. But, I’m a grenade. I know I should leave him be. I can’t.
JACE
Study, class, work, repeat. That’s all I have time for. At twenty-five years old, I have a bit more mileage on me than the average college freshman. But, that’s what happens when you spend your youth drinking, partying, and bagging girls like it’s a full-time job. Now, I have goals. There’s just one kink in my plans. Her name is Memory. She’s every guy’s dream girl. She’s intoxicating. She’s trouble. I want to stay away. I can’t.

Reviews for Stupid Love (New Adult Romance)

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5So glad I didn't listen to some of the poor reviews for this one. I found this to be a very enjoyable read. The writing was great and I really connected with the characters. And even though both main characters had baggage from the past to deal with, their relationship slowly but surely moved forward. None of the back and forth I find in other books. It was filled with humor, angst, and personal growth. I'd definitely recommend this one to anyone.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Olivia is a tough ranch girl with a complicated past and a desire to start anew. Brax grew up in foster homes on the tough streets of South Boston. In this case opposites do attract and they form a sweet friendship that leads into something more. I liked the characters in this book and their interactions with each other were quirky and cute. I did find myself hoping that the author would steer clear of some of the current clichés in the genre but they were all there (the troubled, tattooed, violent and promiscuous male has been done ad nauseam). Otherwise there was a good story here with enough heart to keep me reading. I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5"Stupid Girl" By Cindy Miles Reading 'Stupid Girl' was like being on a roller coaster. It was a breathtaking, exhilarating and spectacular ride. One I would gladly wait in line for hours to ride just one more time. If I had any self control I would have dragged out reading it, but alas I finished it at 3 in the morning after starting it earlier that night.Olivia Beaumont is just starting college. A whole three hours and forty four minutes away from her family ranch she thinks that she has finally outrun the horror of her senior year. While missing her Mother, Grandfather and three brothers she is relieved to be leaving behind the rumors and harassment that a small town only fuels. Within minutes of her arriving on campus she meets Brax Jenkins. Brax oozes charm and sex appeal and immediately Olivia wants nothing to do with him. Star baseball player he is known for his moves both on and off of the field. As much as Olivia tries she can't seem to keep clear of him. Whether it's his Boston accents, pure bluntness or the way he calls her by her middle name 'Gracie' she doesn't know but she is drawn to him in the same way he is drawn to her. Gracie is different then all the other girls Brax has met, she doesn't fall head over heels for him, in fact she doesn't wear heels at all. Showing up on campus in a pair of well worn jeans, cowgirl boots and hat she is far from the sorority girls he is used to. Gracie has her sights set on the stars and nothing else. All she has ever wanted to do was study astronomy and she isn't going to let a playboy, womanizing, tattooed party animal change any of that. Both Gracie and Brax have deep rooted secrets and walls sturdily built to keep people out and whether or not they can allow someone in is entirely up to them. Will Gracie be able to reveal the true reason she wears a promise ring on her wedding finger? Will Brax confess the truth about the way they met and his intentions? I dare you to try and pick this book up and not read it in one sitting. Personally I was unable to do so. Until next time, Ginger In compliance with FTC guidelines I am disclosing that this book was given to me for free to review. My review is my honest opinion.GingerReader22.blogspot.com
