Chapter One:
Introduction
You may have heard it is expensive to eat a lean and healthy diet but I've got great news!There is an inexpensive way to eat and lose any amount of weight you would like. I wrote based on my own experience doing just what the title of the book says. With this approach, make sure to keep in mind the results you want. If losing a lot of weight is your number one goal, then this is for you. Approach your goal in a logical way. What is it going to take to get what you want? Are there financial factors holding you back, or is there something more? How are you going to spend less to get more, and get the results you want? Today's guarantees do not carry the same weight they used to, even so, however I can guarantee this program will work for you when you follow my advice.
But don’t forget, it will take time before you experience the benefits. Forget what you know about how you should lose weight and simply follow my guidelines.
Let’s get educated on what no one wants to tell you about weight loss—food labeling. There is currently very limited regulation on how foods should be labeled.. Every now and then, there is a class action lawsuit for false and misleading food labeling. You must first understand your eating habits and where they came from, be it from a social and cultural standpoint. Be sure to research any new food before you buy it.
Another key point to consider is that your blood sugar levels are affected by the food you eat.
