Yoga can change your life! I know that this sounds like an over-exaggeration, a type of dramatic fib that people tell us to get us to do something that is good for our health, but which we might not like very much. 

Yoga is undeniably good for not only your physical health, but for your mental well-being, also. However, unlike some exercise regimens, yoga is also extremely accessible for all manner of body types and levels of experience, for people dealing with injuries, or even those suffering from hyper-obesity. There is truly something for everyone in yoga.

A problem that many beginners to yoga experience though is knowing where to start; it can be rather overwhelming. The goal of this book is to help you not only get started, but also to prepare you to succeed and get the results that you are looking for. For this to work, you need to not only know where to start, you need to actually take action. Many people are giving the knowledge they need, but fail to act upon it, thus guaranteeing them no results. This doesn’t mean you need to dive right into your local intermediate yoga class on finishing this book, rather I suggest taking it slowly at first to learn where your limitations currently are. 

Once you have a better idea of this, then it is easier to focus on these areas which need improvement. Like everything new you set out to learn, always remember that it is a step-by-step process; no one becomes an expert overnight. Allow yourself time to grow; I guarantee you will be happy with the results.
