About this ebook
This book is designed to help students of Hungarian speak on a variety of topics at a very early stage. All the topics contain the same elementary Hungarian grammar structures, so that the students could use them again and again. The stories are told in a very simple way.
Simple Hungarian Series is based on the Speech Plasma Method. The Speech Plasma Method uses special Speech Fluency Drills to generate a super active area, “speech plasma”, thus producing all the necessary conditions for spontaneous, automatic speech. Once created in your mind, speech plasma acts as a stimulator for further language learning. The bigger and stronger your speech plasma grows, the more fluently you speak, the easier it is to absorb new words and grammar rules, the faster you read, and the better you understand oral texts.

1. Szállás
A szállás manapság nagy problémát jelent. Élhetsz egy lakásban vagy egy családi házban. A városokban a legtöbb ember lakásokban él. A nagy városokban csak nagyon gazdag emberek lakhatnak házban. A tanulók gyakran megosztják a lakásokat. A fiatal családok gyakran bérelnek lakást. Szerencsére, nekem van lakásom. Egy emeletes házban lakom Budapesten. 3 helyiség van a lakásomban: egy konyha, egy nappali és egy hálószoba. Sajnos, a lakásomban kicsi a fürdőszoba. A lakásomnak központi fűtése van. Szép kilátás van a lakásomból. Az ablakai a parkra néznek. Nagyon kényelmes és szép. Nagyon szeretem.
1. Accommodation
Accommodation is a big problem these days. You can live in a flat or in a house. In cities most people live in flats. Only very rich people can live in houses in cities. Students usually share flats. Young families often rent flats. Fortunately, I have a flat. I live in a block of flats in Budapest. There are three rooms in my flat: a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. Unfortunately, there isn’t a big bathroom in my flat. It has central heating. My flat has a nice view. Its windows overlook the park. It is very comfortable and nice. I really like it.

2. Bankok
A bankok nagyon hasznosak. Ezért van olyan sok bank. A bankoknak sok ügyfelük van. Ott tarthatod a pénzedet. A bankban kölcsönt is fel lehet venni. Hitelkártyával is lehet fizetni. A hitelkártyák nagyon hasznosak külföldön. Nagyon gyakran használom a hitelkártyámat. És persze van egy bankszámlám is. A számlámon nincs sok pénz. A bankom az összes számlámat kifizeti a folyószámlámról. A házam közelében van egy bank. De nem megyek bankba túl gyakran. Az interneten keresztül is rendezhetem a számlámat. Ez nagyon kényelmes.
2. Banks
Banks are very useful. That’s why there are a lot of banks. Banks have got a lot of clients. You can keep your money there. You can also take out a loan from a bank. You can also pay by credit card. Credit cards are very helpful abroad. I use my credit card very often. And of course, I have a bank account, too. There isn’t much money in my account. The bank pays all my bills from my account. There is a bank near my house. But I don’t go to the bank very often. I can also manage my account on the Internet. It is very convenient.

3. Születésnapok és névnapok
A kedvenc napom a születésnapom. Névnapra is kaphatsz ajándékot. De én nem ünneplem meg.
3. Birthdays and Name Days
My birthday is my favourite day. I like birthdays very much. You can get a lot of presents for your birthday. My birthday is in November. I always celebrate it. I invite all my friends to my
