About this ebook
In 1996, Jacob Chitto Miller began to lose his ability to meditate, and then lost it completely starting in 1997. Why did this happen? What spiritual values and truths can we learn from his journey of his struggle within? One thing we learn from Sri Chinmoy, Jacob’s spiritual Master and Inner Guide, is the value and divinity in one of his aphorisms which states:
"The blows of my Master
I take as most beautiful flowers
Given to me by my Master."
[Seventy-Seven Thousand Service-Trees, #19203]
and yet, throughout the years, Jacob Chitto Miller often did not abide by this principle and has had to deal with some difficulties as a result. Isn’t it true that if you retaliate in a destructive manner towards someone who has humiliated you, violated you, or disturbed you in some way you are acting like Al Qaeda? Despite the difficulties and consequences Jacob has had to face for past behaviour, including acting like Al Qaeda, Jacob still hopes to realize God in this incarnation. But he has to get his meditation back first.

I developed a passion for writing when I was seven years old. However, I had forgotten that aspiration as my parents helped me to get involved in other interests. At seventeen, I wanted to be a great musical artist. At eighteen, I became Sri Chinmoy’s ardent disciple as part of my journey to find peace and true happiness through self-improvement and meditation. I developed a strong interest to become an actor. Then pursued a career in graphic design. Then web development and computer programming. Finally, I renewed my interest in writing, and I have been working on my multi-volume memoir, The Struggle Within, for the past nine years.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This is a most TERRIBLE book written unfortunately by someone who has psychiatric problems and is representing his life in a most sullen, and whining way. A most depressing book, even with many grammatical mistakes and badly written English. Do not read this book, it should not be publicly available and will lower your consciousness in a most awful way. Not recommended!
