Lamb Meatballs and Noodles

You’ve never had meatballs quite this good before. This is a recipe that will quickly become a favorite that you prepare on a regular basis. This recipe makes 4 servings.


1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp. Cumin
1⁄2 tsp. Salt
1⁄4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1⁄4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
2 Lb. Zucchini
1 lb. Zucchini Noodles
2 Shallots
16 oz. (1 jar) Spaghetti Sauce
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 Lb. lean Ground Lamb
1⁄4 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the zucchini, removing only the outer parts.
In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients together except for the sauce paste.
Form mixture into one-ounce meatballs. You should be able to make a total of 16 meatballs.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
When meatballs have finished cooking, add the pasta sauce and the noodles. Mix well. Cook an additional 8 to 12 minutes.
