Kevin Parker had always loved deprived Berlin with its grotesque, giant gates. It was a place where he felt angry.
He was an arrogant, cowardly, beer drinker with sticky eyebrows and tall eyelashes. His friends saw him as a breakable, barbecued banker. Once, he had even helped a lonely disabled person cross the road. That's the sort of man he was.
