    Introduction

    In hounding, the sufferers cannot easily defend themselves; they lack the resources, the power and the recourse to address their aggressor. Rigby[1] notes that bullying does not occur when there is conflict between people of equal or similar power; in these situations, neither party has unrestrained power over the other.
