Summary

In 1970, a US Army sniper, Richard Holliday, is sent on a mission to engage top Khmer Rouge and North Vietnamese commanders in preparation for an invasion of Cambodia. He is successful in this venue, and his family back in the United States is targeted for revenge.

Bruce Highland, former military intelligence officer, private investigator and CIA contractor is hired by the son of the man who originally organized the killing of Holliday's family for the investigation of the man's death. What Highland uncovers is a deep, dark, twisted secret society, put in to place during the Vietnam war, and continuing to this day.

Deception, corruption, deceit. It is Highland's job to sort out the fact from fiction. The question is, will he be able to not just uncover, but to quell this secret, rogue, CIA sanctioned group of murderous terrorists?
