32169.jpgJ ust as I enjoy life right now, I often think on the richly blessed, wonderful, joy-filled life that I lived on our farm in the country some years ago, also .
I and my brothers and sisters are blessed to have God loving, people loving, and self-loving parents. They always taught us to love God, others, and ourselves and to forgive instantly and that if we did this, and continue always to do so, that this was the key to a healthy, joyful life. Well, they were right! I have been passing through this life for 66 years and have enjoyed every day of it, and I always will regardless of the trials and tribulations of life. I simply enjoy life because I choose to do so, and so can you!
My parents taught us from the cradle how to respect and treat another person. They would say to us that love is simply how we treat another person, and that we should treat all people with love, not just some people. They taught us about God and the way He wanted us to live. They taught us from a child how to pray and to read God’s Word, to be strong in every situation and how to endure. They also told us not to let anyone try to define us on how they think we are, but that we are who God says we are. They also taught us that we can do and be whatever we choose to do and be. All things are possible if we just believe and do.
I often go for long walks, sometimes miles, and great things come to my mind as I enjoy the beauty of God’s creation. I find great delight in writing inspiring poetry.
The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.
