About this ebook
Fresh Anointing House of Worship
About twenty years ago, I began to be awakened to the importance of nutrition. After years of eating any and every thing I wanted, I began to learn how many of us are digging our graves with our teeth. The old adage is true: we really are what we eat. As one comical pastor puts it, What goes in the lips will show on the hips. God created so many wonderful healthy foods that will energize and repair our bodies if we would just eat more of them. The body is an amazing creation. When given the right stuff, it will function optimally.
In this book, Sally Iyobebe masterfully instructs the reader concerning proper eating and nutrition. She shares in great detail the what, why, and how of nutrition. If we follow her guidelines, our life will be better. This book takes a difficult subject and makes it easy. It is immensely practical. Its scholarly yet simple. Its a how-to manual describing how we should live. If you read this book and dont change, it will be the greatest waste of time in your life. You must read with a mind to repent where repentance is proper. For you, it may truly be a matter of life and death. Read on and live.
