De Author’s Painful Breathing
[Have you heard the saying don’t make me laugh because when I laugh I feel the pains. Well from breathing at times, I’d feel pains & sometimes I’ve to laugh to ease the pains. Pains are so natural and beautiful, one really have to respect the pains. Some pains will make you cry tears of joys or tears of sorrows.
Some pains will make you cry out loudly or just give a sigh. Then there are the pains that would stop your tracks, no matter what! Again I’ll say, one got to show respect to the pains. The speaking pains can tell you something is not in balance, however, one got to listen keenly otherwise the pains can reach a compound state & that’s when you’ll meet the aggressive pains with no remorse on the interruptions of your life’s plan.
In the continual warring battle with pains, I found out a big secret. The natural enemy to pains, Shh! It might be listening, so I’ll whisper! The enemy to pain is internal bliss. A smile for no reason is like an assassin to the pain frequency.]

Biological Breath of Life
[Due to my biological breath of life, I suffer from seasonal adjustment disorder SAD for short. I living in cold Europe, will seem so funny to many, especially when they have met me for the first time. All because of the layers of clothing I would normally have on. You see I was born on the year round nice and warm sunny island of Jamaica. So the cold is not doing me any favors at all.
The moment the temperature falls in any room I’m staying in, my breathing would change very quickly then my nose begins to run & sniffling with perfused sneezing & blowing of my nose, along with a feeling of chill on my skin as my body temperature begins to drop rapidly. No doctors cares about my state of SAD, nor do the gas and electric companies to stay warm in the cold.
After living in many other countries I found out that the air density are always different in each countries likewise the rural & urban zones. Sometimes the pollutions from the people & industries would cause my pains to my daily breathing, thus I learn harmony.]
