This guide is for ordinary people who are tired of the endless books, magazines and newspaper articles written for those who already have good jobs, pension plans, savings, houses and investments.
It is intended to walk you through the process of starting with very little, or, if you are like I was before this journey. I had managed to single handedly create financial chaos for myself and felt that money management was too complicated
for me.
Literally just before losing everything, I decided to take control of my financial life and future security. I became committed to learning everything I could about financial management and hopefully end up with at least a modest permanent income for my golden years
.
There are many publications on the shelves outlining the steps to financial success and becoming wealthy (in 90 days). This guide is not going to make you wealthy in 90 days though it may help you attain successful independence and possibly wealth over a period of time.
There also many publications on the shelves today containing advice on how to get your finances in order. I have read hundreds of them and although there are many great books out there, I found the vast majority do not include a plan or guide
to follow. Mostly they contain pages upon pages of detail and information that caused my eyes to glaze over. I would feel overwhelmed and would not follow any of the advice as the material was too involved or complex to follow. A handful of these books actually offered at least a couple of good tips and suggestions. My goal these days when I read another book on financial management is to walk away with one good idea.
