The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly council on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This program is specifically constructed to refurbish non-white people's problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the best method to reduce conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with details. We always value hearing the perspectives of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" makes better your labor experience. We'll also re-visit what stops us from implementing our counter-racist codification on the job. More often than not, failure to apply codification leads to easily avoidable trouble.
