“I LOVE creating new ideas and recipes,” says Daniela when asked to identify her passion. “I am currently creating lots of flavours for my cannoli – from A to Z – amaretto, hazelnut, lemon, panna cotta, pistachio, rose petal, panna cotta, vanilla bean, vanilla chocolate and zabaglione! I’ve also been very busy with whipping up some divine new favourites including banana, salted caramel and peanut brittle tart; creme brûlée cheesecake; and coconut lime cream pie.”
After completing her apprenticeship, Daniela moved to Italy to be with her father, and worked for two years in a patisserie
