      INTRODUCTION

      DARK PSYCHOLOGY ASSUMES that all of humanity has a reservoir of malicious intent toward others, ranging from minimally intrusive and fleeting thoughts to deviant, purely psychopathic behavior without coherent rationality. This is called the dark continuum. The mitigating factors that act as accelerators and / or attractants for the approach to the dark singularity and in which the horrible actions of a person fall on the dark continuum are called the dark factor of dark psychology.

      The people around us use dark psychology tactics every day to manipulate, force, and influence us to get what they want.       WHAT IS THE DARK PSYCHOLOGY TRIAD?

      In psychology, the dark triad is related to the personality traits of narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy. They are called dark because of their malicious properties.

      Dark triad research is used in applied psychology, in particular law enforcement, clinical psychology, and corporate governance. People who score high on these traits are more likely to commit crimes, cause social problems, and cause serious problems for an organization, especially if they hold leadership positions. They also tend to be less compassionate, personable, empathetic, happy with their lives, and less likely to believe that they and others are good.

      Construction of the triad

      THE THREE CHARACTERISTICS of the dark triad differ conceptually, although empirical evidence shows that they overlap. They are associated with an insensitive and manipulative interpersonal style. Narcissism is characterized by grandiosity, pride, selfishness, and lack of empathy. The manipulation and abuse of others is a characteristic of machiavellianism, lack of morality, emotionless calluses and higher level of self-interest, while psychopathy is characterized by continuous antisocial behavior, impulsiveness, selfishness, meaningless emotions (CU) and without mercy.

      Research revealed that low tolerance is the strongest link between the dark triad and the five main traits, whereas neurotics and non-consciousness were linked to certain members of the dark triad. The agreement and the dark triad show correlated changes in the course of development.

      There are many conceptual and empirical overlaps between the characteristics of the dark triad. For example, researchers have found that all three traits have characteristics such as lack of empathy, interpersonal hostility, and interpersonal offense. Probably due in part to this overlap, several measurements have recently been developed to try to measure all three characteristics of the dark triad simultaneously, such as the dirty dozen and the short dark triad (SD3).

      However, the root of most of these measures is questionnaire-style and require a self-response or observer response (for example, evaluations from superiors or employees). Both methods can be problematic when it comes to measuring a socially aversive trait, as self-responders may be motivated to cheat. There could also be more specific confusion for the characteristics of the dark triad, and especially for Machiavellianism: people who can deceive and manipulate others should be perceived by others as non-deceptive and manipulable and therefore likely to receive inaccurate ratings.

      Despite this criticism and the recognized similarities between the characteristics of the dark triad, there are indications that the constructions are related and different.

      Psychopathy

      PSYCHOPATHY HAS TRADITIONALLY been a personality disorder characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, as well as courageous, disinhibited, and selfish characteristics. Sometimes it is seen as a synonym for sociopathy. Throughout history, various concepts of psychopathy have been used that only partially overlap and can sometimes be contradictory.

      It is considered the most vicious of the dark triad. People with high psychopathy scores show a low level of empathy combined with a high level of impulsivity and emotion. Some researchers have found the similarity between psychopathy and antisocial personality disorder. DSM-5 classifies psychopathy as the upper end of the spectrum for antisocial personality disorder. About 30% of people with ASPD are also classified as psychopaths. Psychopathy was found to correlate with all of the Big Five personality factors: extraversion (r = 0.34), tolerance (r = –25), awareness (r = –24), neuroticism (r = –34), and opening (r = 0.24).

      American psychiatrist, Hervey M. Cleckley, influenced the initial diagnostic criteria for antisocial personality disorders / reactions in the Diagnostic and Statistical Guide to Mental Disorders (DSM), as did the American psychologist George E. Partridge. The DSM then introduced diagnoses of antisocial personality disorder (ASPD) and dissocial personality disorder (DPD), respectively, and stated that these diagnoses were (or include) psychopathy/ sociopathy. Canadian psychologist Robert D. Hare later repopulated the construction of psychopathy in criminology with his psychopathy checklist.

      Although no diagnosis entitled psychopathy has been approved by any psychiatric or psychological organization, in some countries criminal justice systems often use assessments of psychopathic traits that can have significant consequences for individuals. The study of psychopathy is an active area of ​​research, and the term is also used by the public, the popular press, and in fictional depictions. While the term is often used in conjunction with crazy, crazy, and mentally ill, there is a categorical difference between psychosis and psychopathy.

      There are various conceptualizations of psychopathy, including Cleckley's psychopathy (Hervey Cleckley's concept, which includes bold and uninhibited behavior and irresponsible contempt) and criminal psychopathy (a more common, more aggressive, and uninhibited concept that explicitly includes behavior persistent and sometimes serious criminal). The latter conceptualization is typically used as a modern clinical concept and is evaluated using the psychopathy checklist. The label Psychopath can have effects and stigmatization in relation to decisions about the severity of punishment for crimes, medical treatment, civil obligations, etc. Therefore, efforts have been made to clarify the meaning of the term.

      The triarch model suggests that different concepts of psychopathy emphasize three observable characteristics to different degrees. Analyzes on the applicability of measurement instruments such as the Psychopathy Checklist (PCL, PCL-R) and the Psychopathic Personality Inventory (PPI) to this model were carried out.

      • Audacity. Low fear, including tolerance of stress, tolerance of the unknown and danger, as well as high self-confidence and high social assertiveness. 

      • Dis-inhibition. Poor impulse control, including planning and forecasting problems, ineffectiveness and urgency control, demands for immediate satisfaction, and poor behavioral constraints. Similar to PCL-R factor 2 and impulsive antisocial PPI. It may correspond to deficiencies in the frontal lobe systems involved in said control.

      • Wickedness. Lack of empathy and close attachment to others, contempt close attachment, use of cruelty to gain power, tendencies of exploitation, despite the authority and search for destructive enthusiasm. The PCL-R is
