Reality Stress Management: is having the ability to control those stressors that come into our lives through our own doings, and the behavior that we have chosen. However, if we are willing to take responsibility for our actions we can develop a process to minimize the impact of our stressors and live a more comfortable life. The book is based on the belief that wise decisions will allow us to reduce our stress and enable us to live a more meaningful life. This saying is based on the fact that by nature, human beings are generally striving for a happier life, and they can be happier if they are able to manage their stressors. This book is designed to provide tips, based partly on personal experiences of the author and others who candidly shared their experiences.
