RECIPES Yummy Pork Chops

2 cups Italian-style salad dressing 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon pepper 4 boneless pork chops

1. In a bowl, mix the Italian-style salad dressing, soy sauce, and pepper. 2. Place the pork chops in a skillet over medium heat, and cover with the dressing mixture. Cover skillet, and cook pork chops 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove cover, reduce heat to low, and continue cooking to desired doneness.

Easy Lasagna I

pound lean ground beef onion, chopped (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (16 ounce) package cottage cheese

3. Remove from oven. In a medium size bowl. Layer with uncooked lasagna noodles. 2. grated Parmesan cheese. combine cottage cheese. Uncover. and meat sauce. 5. Cover pan with aluminum foil. mozzarella cheese. cook and stir ground beef until brown. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). sauté until onions are transparent. ricotta cheese. cheese mixture. Stir in pasta sauce. Continue layerings until all ingredients are used. In a large skillet. and eggs. Add mushrooms and onions. 4. . and top with remaining half cup of mozzarella cheese. and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. and heat through. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.     1 pint part-skim ricotta cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs 1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese Directions 1. reserving 1/2 cup mozzarella.
