GOAL SETTING
MLL:
1. Participant should know how to set short term and long term goals. 2. Participants must be able to identify the skills, discuss how to acquire them and access the gaps.

Session Objectives:
To make students create their own SMART goals. To give them tips to attain their goals

Activity 1: ICE BREAKER ACTIVITY - DREAMS

Ask the students to list 120 dreams within 30 secs, in a paper. Briefing on importance of Dreams and following ones passion.

1st division Prioritize a GOAL AND WRITE IT in the pyramid 4th division IDENTIFY what are the SKILLS REQUIRED to attain the goal 3rd division ACCESS how to acquire those skills to attain the goal 2nd division - ASSESS the gaps between the skills required and the acquired skills.
