Editing the Top Menu The Top Menu is the standard navigation menu that most of us are familiar with on Web sites and blogs. 11. It’s that menu bar that often runs horizontally across the top of the page and contains links to the About page. and Joomla! retains the current formatting of the article. From the Main menu in the Administrative Control Panel. It’s also one of the menus that people most often want to modify on their own sites.
