FOREWORD
‘This manuel designates and desoribes the activities comprising the Civil Air Patrol
Cadet Special Activities Program. It esteblishes the minimum qualifications and re-
quirements for participation in each special activity es a cadet or senior escort, It
also establishes cadet and senior escort nomination and selection procedures.
A thorough understanding of and close compliance with the procedures, requirements,
and practices outlined herein will do much to insure the efficient operation and success
of these highly important activities.
Recommendations for changes to this manual will be forwarded to National Head-
quarters Civil Air Patrol, Ellington Air Force Base, Texas, Attn: CPOC,
