Task List Rules

1. Prioritize (in order) ONLY those tasks due THAT week (tasks NOT due for completion that week should not be prioritized).

2. ‘General’ or ‘Ongoing’ tasks may not be prioritized HOWEVER sub tasks (towards final completion) should be prioritized.

3. Column ‘A’ should reference the project plan item number if applicable.

4. Column ‘B’ references tasks expected to be completed by Wednesday.

5. Column ‘C’ references tasks expected to be completed by Friday.

6. Completed tasks will be deleted on Friday ONLY following team review.

7. Tasks below ‘D’ priority should be continuously reviewed for potential assistance / reassignment to other resources.

8. All tasks list to be maintained and stored in portal.
