Search the resumes in ATS Matchi ng

• Add Client name, Duration , Bill rate, Wage rate, Location Preferences, Interview Mode, Hiring mode (W2, C2C, 1099, Perm, CTH) • Assign to Recruiter



Login to Portals and search for matching resumes

Send mails to contacts and request for resumes

Talk to candidate and check on communications and skills Check the experience of the candidate If required take Skype interview with candidate. Check the H1 / EAD copy and evaluate the candidate Check the signed NCA / NDA Re check the submission format / Resume No Match ing Reject the resume

Attach the resume to Requirement in ATS


Submit to client /Direct submission/ Portal Submission Follow-up Prepare Documentation Interview requested Inform to Recruiter

• Talk to the candidate • Explain the requirement details • Send a detailed mail to candidate • Check the communication and technical skills • Check the resume points ( present / past jobs) • Check the Visa Status • Get the references • Get the conformation mail on rate / project acceptance

Upload the resume in ATS and add the comments

Check the Availability Schedule the Interview

Prepare the Submission according to client format Submit to Check the Available date to join Inform to Manager with all details

Inform to Accounts deportment for billing
