Everybody faces some changes during the course of life. Some changes bring in comfort and some pain. But changes are a must.
If nothing ever changed, there'd be no butterflies; no coal, no petrol, no weather!!!
When I think about my life so far, I too have witnessed my share of changes. About two decades earlier I could walk and jog for miles, now even one is difficult. Why, how, I really do not know. But I am hopeful this too will change, for the better. I am engaged in an exercise regimen now, I do exercises, mostly yoga every evening for more then a hour. I can now feel small changes in my body, I believe I am on a path of recovery, a path that is totally unknown, a path that may take several years still for me to travel through.

Change

Since my father left me for heavenly abode, more then twenty five years ago, my life has changed so much since then. My old mother is often very sick, worries a lot, may be in next few years she may not be with me anymore; it too will bring about a major change in my life. Almost everyone has to witness such changes, Persons whom we loved, care for so long, often do not last as long as we ourselves!! I read reports in the newspaper, about our present Prime Minister, some two decades ago he was perceived to be the most honest and capable politician, not anymore, with scams being reported daily together with the results of mis-governance. I doubt very much that the political party he belongs to will survive the next general election. I am a citizen of a country, that was perceived to be a dud, not attractive for investments by foreigners, then some years ago it changed. It became a very attractive destination to invest, not anymore. Daily there are reports that they are feeling disappointed. Then I read about the global economic situation, Europe, that was considered to be very prosperous and comfortable for life, is changing too. I have grown up believing that my country was very spiritual, now I have my doubts, when I see the changes in people around, now I believe that almost everyone becoming greedy, dishonest and corrupt. There was a time I could think of a smooth drive through the city roads, not any more, now I witness

As some forces change in magnitude or new forces enter the arena. it is a consequence of many balances. things change in ways unimaginable manner. changes that have made me more 'comfortable' Yes. life today as has been as it was always.traffic jams often!!! Yes. Rakesh Mohan Hallen . Balances between various forces. there have been many positive changes too.
