Dominion has to do with control. Dominion has to do with rulership. Dominion has to do with authority and subduing and it relates to society…. Dominion means being the head and not the tail. Dominion means ruling as kings. Apostle C. Peter Wagner Founder of the New Apostolic Reformation
Why exactly has the NAR, which makes alarming use of militant "warfare" language and talks of "taking dominion" over the world "one mountain at a time," gotten so big, so fast, and with so many big political names attached? In my view, it's because there are many on the political right, who, despite their moralistic stance, have a tendency to be more invested in political strategy, power and numbers than in sound doctrine and biblical truth. Thus, to the political right without discernment, Numbers = Power. And I suspect this is what happened: they looked out over the landscape of the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement (which is an extremely large segment of professing Christians), decided this was representative of "Christianity," did the math, and then jumped on board. Sola Sisters An Evangelical anti-cult Ministry
Throughout the 2000 year history of Christianity there has always been a vein of dominionism embedded in the strata of doctrines. This seam has ebbed and flowed for 20 centuries, sometimes submerged, sometimes exposed. Whenever out in the open, it has given rise to horrible abuses done in the name of Christ. In the early 21st century, once again this vein is now showing and active. Keep in mind o Dominionism is always an aberration of true Christian theology. o A remnant of believers has always opposed it, often suffering a martyr’s fate at the hands of intolerant dominionists. The Theocratic Movement
The word theocracy literally means “God’s government”. It is a form of government where society is governed by the beliefs and laws of a particular religion as interpreted by its leaders. There is no concept of religious neutrality or plurality in a theocratic state. All religions, other than the official state religion, either have second class status or are not even allowed to be practiced. Examples of modern day theocracies are Iran and Saudi Arabia. Ancient Israel, from which we get the Old Testament, was also a theocracy. There are currently three separate movements in the United States that have the goal of turning the United States into a theocratic nation based, partly or completely, on Biblical Old Testament Law. These movements are: 1. Christian Nationalism. 2. Dominionism or the New Apostolic Reformation as they refer to themselves. 3. Reconstructionism (Theonomy). In view of false claims, made by some, that this issue has been fabricated as part of a political conspiracy to discredit Christians in general, it must be noted that this document draws its facts from both secular and Orthodox Christian sources. It should be noted that Dominionism is considered to be a cult by over 20 Evangelical anti-cult ministries. Emphasis has been placed, not on theological and doctrinal matters but on the social and political implications of these movements as they become more closely allied with politicians and acquire more power. However, a certain understanding of their most bizarre and disturbing beliefs is necessary to understand the full extent of the danger that they present.

Dominionism, Christian Nationalism and Reconstructionism
relative to Protestant churches in the United States
The illustration above shows the relationship between Dominionism, Reconstructionism and Christian Nationalism and how they relate to Evangelical and Mainline Protestant Christianity.
Dominionism/The New Apostolic Reformation
Dominionism is a term used by Evangelical anti-cult ministries as well as secular religious experts to describe the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). The term is based on the movement’s common usage of the word “dominion” as it relates to
having control of every aspect of society. Throughout this article the terms “Dominionism” and the “New Apostolic Reformation” will be used interchangeably. The NAR and their associates is a rapidly growing network of ministries within the Evangelical community worldwide. Their goal is to create a ‘Christian’ government based, to one degree or another, on Old Testament Civil Laws. The NAR originated from an obscure movement within the charismatic churches known as “The Latter Rain” movement. They were condemned as a heresy by the Assemblies of God churches in 1949 – a condemnation which was re-issued in 2000. Their heresy, which is taught by modern day Dominionism, includes the teaching that God is going to create a “New Breed”, a super-race of godlike ‘Apostles’ who would have the power to resurrect the dead, change the weather, turn back tsunamis and other stupendous wonders. The world is to be ruled by these “apostles’. They also teach that God is going to raise up an end-time generation of young Christian super-warriors who are going to wage war against unbelievers and other Christians who do not join them. These warriors are called “Joel’s Army”, in reference to the Bible book of Joel which describes a destructive plague of locusts on a sinful nation. The Latter Rain movement fell into obscurity in the late 1950s but was brought back in the 1980s under the leadership of C. Peter Wagner. Wagner has organized an extensive network of ‘Apostles’, numbering in the hundreds, in the US and throughout the world. Many of these ‘Apostles’ have their own network of churches and ministries with hundreds, thousands and sometimes even tens of thousands of members. These networks are interconnected with each other and share conferences, schools, training, and revival meetings. The ‘Apostolic’ movement is larger than the network organized by Wagner and not all ‘apostles’ consider themselves as part of Wagner’s NAR. However, they all have a common ideology that separates them from other evangelicals. The ‘Apostles’’ goal of “dominion” over society is explained by their “Seven Mountains” doctrine. The seven mountains represent seven “spheres” of society: Government (including the military), education, media, business, religion, family, and arts and entertainment. Under the guidance of a network of ‘Apostles’ their members are to ‘climb’ to the top of every ‘mountain’ and become a power elite controlling every sector of society. They describe their goals and accomplishments with terms like “infiltrating”; “invading”; “subduing”; ”occupy”; “Being the head and not the tail”; etc. They speak the language of power and domination but can they, through their political connections, even come close to attaining it?
Reconstructionism, also known as Theonomy (God’s Law), is a separate movement from the New Apostolic Reformation but with similar goals.
The intellectual founder of Reconstructionism was the late Rousas Rushdoony. Rushdoony explicitly laid out the goals of Reconstructionists in his seminal book, “The Institutes of Biblical Law”, published in 1973. The goal of Reconstructionism is to create a pure Theocracy based on Old Testament civil law (that of ancient Israel). They want every single Old Testament law implemented with the exact same punishments and execution methods for violating those laws. These punishments include execution by stoning and burning at the stake. The following are examples of the Biblical laws and punishments Reconstructionists would enact: The victim of rape would be stoned to death if she did not scream while being raped. This law only applies if she is engaged or married. Deuteronomy 22:2324 If a rape victim is single she would be forced to marry her rapist. This is intended as punishment for the rapist. Deuteronomy 22:28-29. A woman would have her hand cut off if she yanked on the testicles of a man who is assaulting her husband. Deuteronomy 25:11-12 Those who convert to a different religion would be executed.
This makes Reconstructionists the ideological hard core of the Theocratic movement. Reconstructionists have an aversion to hyper-charismatic Dominionists due to their bizarre behavior, statements and strategies concerning the takeover of society. While Reconstructionists do not have as much political influence as the “softer” Christian Nationalists and Dominionists, their influence is nonetheless formidable.
Christian Nationalists are the most numerous within the American Theocratic movement. They believe, along with Dominionists and Reconstructionists, that the United States once was and should once again be a Christian nation. They reject multi-culturalism and religious tolerance. Christian Nationalists do not respect the equality of other religions or even other versions of Christianity and consider it a privilege that these other religions would even be allowed to exist. The main distinction between Christian Nationalists and Dominionists is the absence of hyper-charismatic worship, rituals and claims of miraculous power. They also do not desire an absolute strict adherence to all Old Testament civil laws like Reconstructionists do.

a. Lance Wallnau, Dominionism’s chief theologian and teacher, compares their need to take over Education to that of Adolf Hitler’s indoctrination of children. (2:10):
“You’ve got to get into the education mountain. You know why? Because whoever’s ideology is shaping our little kid when he’s a child, by the time he’s 19-hey for all you know he could become part of the Hitler youth movement and die for the Fuhrer. “So Hitler basically knew it, if you educated his kids he’d have ‘em as ser - he’d have ‘em as sons to go fight for him.”
b. Wallnau says that Christians only need to occupy the top 3-5% of the population to gain control of a nation with the majority being “irrelevant.”
...because the minority, occupying the high places, are stronger than the majority, that are irrelevant”.
Cross TV: “Take all 7” (0:26 video removed) You Tube: “Take all 7” (Video removed) “Sarah Palin’s 7 Mountains”: Statement made at 6:50 (Watch 5:55-6:56 for context). c. Wallnau talks about the strategy of “ing” and “taking charge of Government” making a comparison to Napoleon Bonaparte’s strategy of taking over France. (6:05)
“So we have Napoleon Bonaparte, not a great theologian but a brilliant military tactician, who put it this way. “The objective of a war is victory, but the objective of a victory is occupation. If you can’t occupy ‘till he comes, then the enemy actually takes back more in coming back then he had before he got driven out. ...”
(8:05) “Until the believers realized that just having a move of God, a glory and a harvest doesn’t change a nation; you have to occupy it. How do you occupy it? They got a hold of the Government, they got a hold of business, they got a hold of the intercessors... (8:48) “Well you see; if you’re in charge of Government ...”
d. Wallnau writes that non-Christian objects of worship will be eliminated under their regime in foreign countries. He compares the removal of Buddhist statues to the elimination of “the child sex trade.”
Removing the Garbage “So when you’re dealing with nations, your job is not to expunge the elements of the old culture and westernize it. Your job is to celebrate it, but then to notice, “OK, that gigantic Buddha in the middle of the aisle, that’s got to go. And this practice of polygamy, and over there the child sex trade--gotta go!” What happens is that Kingdom people come in and establish Kingdom values, affirming what’s right and basically creating the culture of Heaven all around.”

Pastor Rick Warren Rick Warren is author of the “The Purpose Driven Life” which has sold tens of millions of copies worldwide. He has appeared on the cover of Time magazine and was described there as one of “America’s most powerful religious leader.” Warren is a Christian Nationalist
Warren urges ‘Christian’ youths to be as dedicated as the Hitler Youth and Mao Zedong’s sociopathic brat brigade in their establishment of ‘God’s kingdom’. He gave the following sermon to 30,000 members of the Saddleback Church at Anaheim Stadium, California in 2005.
In 1939, in a stadium much like this in Munich, Germany, they packed it out with young men and women in brown shirts for a fanatical man standing behind a podium named Adolf Hitler, the personification of evil. And in that stadium, those in brown shirts formed with their bodies a sign that said – in the whole stadium – “Hitler we are yours.” And they nearly took the world. Lenin once said “Give me 100 committed, totally committed men and I’ll change the world.” And he nearly did. A few years ago – Mao - they took the sayings of Chairman Mao, in China, put them in a little red book and a group of young people committed them to memory and put it in their minds and they took that nation, the largest nation in the world by storm because they committed to memory the sayings of the Chairman Mao. When I hear those kinds of stories I think to myself ‘What would happen if American Christians, if World Christians, if just the Christians in this stadium, followers of Christ, would say ‘Jesus, we are yours’? What kind of spiritual awakening would we have?
Right after Warren compared them to the Hitler Youth he instructed them to hold up signs saying “Whatever it takes.” (A Similar statement by Douglas Coe of “The Fellowship”)
Pastor Warren preached to 30,000 members of the Saddleback Church, where he encouraged the
church’s youth to be as dedicated as the Hitler Youth. Anaheim Stadium, California April 17th, 2005.

Compare that last statement to Thomas Jefferson’s statement on the equality of all religions:
The bill for establishing religious freedom, the principles of which had, to a certain degree, been enacted before, I had drawn in all the latitude of reason & right. It still met with opposition; but, with some mutilations in the preamble, it was finally past; and a singular proposition proved that it’s protection of opinion was meant to be universal. Where the preamble declares that coercion is a departure from the plan of the holy author of our religion, an amendment was proposed, by inserting the word ‘Jesus Christ,’ so that it should read ‘a departure from the plan of Jesus Christ, the holy author of our religion’ the insertion was rejected by a great majority, in proof that they meant to comprehend, within the mantle of it's protection, the Jew and the Gentile, the Christian and Mahometan, the Hindoo and infidel of every denomination. Fischer takes down a comment justifying the extermination of Native Americans. However the comment was archived by Newspaper Rock, a Native American website. s. Fischer explains why he removed his column justifying the genocide of Native Americans.:
On Tuesday, I posted a column on the settlement of America by Europeans. The column generated so much intense, vitriolic and profane reaction that it threatened to take on a life of its own, and serve as a distraction to the fundamental mission of AFA, even though when I blog I am speaking only for myself and not for the organization. So we took it down. ... The template that the left has generated is that the displacement of indigenous tribes by European colonists and settlers was irredeemably evil. … So the question is whether that template is right, or whether the displacement of indigenous nations was consistent with the laws of nature, nature’s God, and the law of nations and history… If, however, there is a moral and ethical basis for our displacement of native American tribes, and if our westward expansion and settlement are in fact consistent with the laws of nature, nature’s God, and the law of nations, then Americans have much to be proud of.
The text of Fischer’s self-censored article, courtesy of Newspaper Rock:
In all the discussions about the European settlement of the New World, one feature has been conspicuously absent: the role that the superstition, savagery and sexual immorality of native Americans played in making them morally disqualified from sovereign control of American soil. International legal scholars have always recognized that sovereign control of land is legitimately transferred in at least three ways: settlement, purchase, and conquest. Europeans have to this day a legitimate claim on American soil for all three of those reasons. They established permanent settlements on the land, moving gradually from east to
west, while Indian tribes remained relentlessly nomadic. Much of the early territory in North American that came into possession of the Europeans came into their possession when the land was purchased from local tribes, Peter Minuit’s purchase of Manhattan being merely the first. And the Europeans proved superior in battle, taking possession of contested lands through right of conquest. So in all respects, Europeans gained rightful and legal sovereign control of American soil.... Sadly, this column will likely generate a firestorm of nuclear proportions among wingers on the left rather than the thoughtful reflection the thesis deserves.
Please note how this so called ‘Christian’ man makes reference, not to Christian principles, but to authoritarian human tendencies in determining how people should be treated. t. Fischer: Liberals collaborate with Islamic Terrorists but "So Far [Liberals] haven't taken to killing people" There's this odd collaboration between liberals in America and Muslims. Liberals reject the Judeo-Christian tradition just like Islam does and that's where, I think, the linkage is. I mean, you look at Islam, they're going to behead homosexuals; liberals want them coronated; we want them helped. So these are poles apart, so why is it that liberals in America are so fond of and go to bat for Muslims all the time? It makes no sense in any kind of rational world. ... And they hate America with equal passion. And they hate democracy. They hate freedom of speech, they hate freedom of association. So what Muslims and liberals share together is this hatred of the United States, this hatred of classical American values, this hatred of the Judeo-Christian values system. And the illustration of the way in which Muslims hate democracy just as much as "regressives" do ... I'm not saying "as much" because Muslims are willing to go much further in their opposition to democracy than Democrats are. Peter Wagner, founder of the New Apostolic Reformation and President of Global Harvest Ministries
a. Wagner defines his movement’s goal:
“Dominion has to do with control. Dominion has to do with rulership. Dominion has to do with authority and subduing and it relates to society.... In other words, what, what, what is talked about - what the values are in heaven, need to be made manifest here on earth. Dominion means being the head and not the tail. Dominion means ruling as kings. It says in Revelation Chapter 1:6 that He has made us kings and priests, and check the rest of that verse. It says "for dominion." So we are kings for dominion.”
Long version. (0:19) Short version. (Start at beginning)
“...the second stage of the goal of transformation, namely corporate or social transformation. We want to see whole cities and regions and states and nations transformed to support the values of the kingdom of God. This will happen only as kingdom-focused saints become the head and not the tail of each of Lance Wallnau's seven mountains or molders of culture. Here in America, we have done fairly well in leading the religion mountain, but not the other six. Our mistaken tendency has been to try to pull leaders from the other six mountains over into our religion mountain instead of encouraging them to use their gifts and their energy and their knowledge in the mountain to which God has assigned them. We want all of God's people actively to do their part to fulfill the "7-M Mandate."”
Apostolic letter by Peter Wagner b. Wagner quotes Apostle Eddie Long in his book The Church in the Workplace:
The New Birth congregation finances and operates vital support programs in the city and pumps large sums of money and thousands of volunteer hours into key areas such as youth offender intervention programs, public school programs, and support and outreach programs for homeless women and children. We are involved in every aspect of life, and we are making a major impact in the Atlanta metropolitan areas. This, in turn, is causing us to gain major footholds in the city infrastructure. ... the criminal court system, public high schools, the Georgia State Senate, the United States Senate, and even into the White House itself. ... When you are a politician in a major metropolitan area, it isn't wise to dismiss or ignore a highly unified, committed, and motivated group of voters exceeding twenty-two thousand people representing almost every voting precinct in your city.
The Church in the Workplace: How God’s People can Transform Society, page 45. c. Wagner states (with absolutely no humor intended) that the entire nation of Japan is demonized because its emperors have sex with the Sun Goddess. As a result, the Japanese have suffered a major rice crop failure and a depressed stock market. (Starts at 1:24)
Japan, as a nation, is one of the nations of the world which has consciously, openly, invited national demonization. ... The Sun Goddess visits him in person and has sexual intercourse with the Emperor. It's a very, very powerful thing. So the Emperor becomes one flesh with the Sun Goddess and that's an invitation for the Sun Goddess to continue to demonize the whole nation. ... Since the night that the present emperor slept with the Sun Goddess, the stock market in Japan has gone down. It's never come up since.
d. Wagner’s boasts that a “Spiritual Warfare” team destroyed a statue of the Goddess Kuan Yin in Malaysia. In his book, Spiritual Warfare Strategy Pages 59-62 (use search words: Temple Penang) he writes:
Some members of our Spiritual Warfare Network in Penang did have eyes to see. In a prayer meeting in their church, they were directed to target their warfare prayers into the center of the island, where the temple and the statue were located. They received a rhema word from God. The Holy Spirit told them to pray Isaiah 47 substituting “The Goddess of Mercy” for the biblical “virgin daughter of Babylon” named in verse 1. As the power of the Spirit came upon them they fervently prayed that:
She would “sit on the ground without a throne” (Isa. 47:1). She would “take off the skirt” [and] uncover the thigh” (Isa 47:2). At this She would “no longer be called the Lady of the Kingdom” (Isa. 47:5). “Evil would come upon her, and she should not know from where it arises” (See “No one should save her” (See Isa. 47:15).
Humanly speaking, the chances that these prayers could be answered literally would be far less even than the chances of winning the Malaysian lottery! Amazingly enough, within a week, the newspapers reported that a mysterious crack had appeared on the cement skirt of the idol! Despite frantic efforts to repair it, the crack kept increasing day after day, and within a month the entire skirt – tons of concrete – fell to the ground exposing only the ugly column of reinforced concrete that formed the structural core of the statue. Subsequent efforts by the temple authorities to repair and rebuild the statue have come to naught. Later in 1993, the statue actually caught on fire and now is an ugly, charred eyesore. The only tourists who have made their way there in years are Christians eager to see with their own eyes the tangible results of warfare prayer against the attempted glorification of one of the chief demonic principalities over Malaysia. Isa. 47:11). point, they also prayed that no one would visit the site.
Spiritual Warfare Strategies: Confronting Spiritual Powers, Pages 59-62. They claim to have destroyed Kuan Yin, Malaysia’s Goddess of Mercy. (Do they not have any sense of irony?) What happened in the real world was different. The plaster forming the body of the statue cracked due to a fire and poor workmanship. Later, Kuan Yin’s statue was replaced with a bronze one. Contrary to Wagner’s claims about the temple being in ruins, worship services for this ‘evil’ Goddess of Mercy have continued non-stop. It must be noted that claims like these, no matter how false and ridiculous they are, give insight into the psychology of these men. The destruction of religious property will become real when these ‘apostles’ acquire any measure of power in any nation. For a more realistic threat posed against other religions’ public statues see Lance Walnau's statement. Also see Ché Ahn and Lou Engle for other examples of Dominionist hatred of and desire to destroy one of the world’s most peaceful religions.
Wagner’s ‘spiritual warfare’ team should have offered this prayer instead.
Kuan Yin - Malaysia’s Goddess of Mercy. One of the many evil ‘demons’ that psychotic Dominionists fear, along with their worshippers, and threaten to destroy when they acquire the political power to do so.

At first it may seem like totalitarianism, as the Lord will destroy the antichrist spirit now dominating the world with "the sword of His mouth" and will shatter many nations like pottery. (Bold emphasis his)
He then goes on to describe the freedom and peacefulness that God’s Kingdom will bring after the necessary tyranny has served its divine purpose. Isn’t that wonderful? The Elijah List - 06/19/2007, Rick Joyner. Quote is found in the second sentence of the chapter THE COMING KINGDOM. b. Joyner says that we need a military takeover (7:48) of our government.
I believe our only hope is a military takeover; martial law and that the crucial, most crucial element of that is who the marshal is going to be. I believe there are noble leaders in our military that love the republic and they love everything we stand for. And they could seize the government.
The first half of that statement can be seen at this link. c. Joyner, claims to have been teleported, along with his car, when he was late for a Bible meeting. The Bible meeting was in the town of Winston, Salem. (0:43) d. Joyner has seen one dish of casserole miraculously feed a whole church. 6. Apostle Lou Engle # ▲

a. Engle’s sermon: “Keys to Dominion.”
I believe it’s the Lord’s - the saints’ inheritance to exercise judgment over rulers, judges and kings. I believe that it is the privilege of God’s - all of his godly ones with a double edged sword in their mouths a two edged sword in their hand with praise, high praises, in their mouth to execute the judgment written to bind kings and rulers. I believe that the Church’s vocation is not just to have nice little needs met but the Church’s vocation is to rule history with God. I believe that the vocation of the Church is to live into the same banner, under the same banner and in the very image of the Son of Man who is now exalted to the right hand of the Father, far above all; rule, authority and power and dominion. The church is to be the leader of history.

For a more detailed account of Engle’s and other apostles’ influence over youths please see Section V. Visions of Glory: Becoming Like Gods. e. Engle believes that Buddhism dominates Christianity and needs to be dominated by Christianity. God is raising up His house of prayer. His church must learn to contend, to wrestle with and throw down its spiritual adversaries. In 1996, under the urgency of prophetic direction, I was part of a 40-day fast. During this season of intense prayer and divine initiative the Lord gave me my job description. I saw in a dream a Buddhist house of prayer situated on top of and dominating a Christian house of prayer. In a great wrestling match, the Christian house of prayer flipped from its inferior position to dominate the Buddhist house of prayer. The Lord gave me my marching orders through this dream: to join Him in establishing His church as a house of prayer contending with every other house that exalts itself above the lordship and supremacy of Christ. God has given him dreams, to go to San Francisco to launch a house of prayer; one block from the Castro District - where the homosexuals boast the dominion of darkness. He's going there with weeping in his heart. With the dream that prayer is stronger than the dominion of that spirit. “...He said to me, "Dad," he said, "as long as I'm there I don't think the Lord will judge San Francisco." I’m commissioning you to become super-wealthy. If you own the business of your country you control what goes on in the country. You should own the diamond mines. You should own the oil wells. Why? Because the Earth is the Lord’s. God put that in the ground for his children…. ... Until every single sector of society is funded by us and we become the head and not the tail. # ▲ 11. David Barton:
Pseudo-Historian and “Seven Mountains” Proponent
David Barton President & founder of Wall Builders. Aledo, TX Advocate of the “7 Mountains Mandate”
a. David Barton wants only one kind of Christian to run government:
“I used to say years ago that we need to make sure that we elect Christians to office based on Proverbs 29:2 that when the righteous rule the wicked 1 rejoice. I don’t say that anymore. I don’t want Christians in office; I want Biblical people in office.”
Who is going to judge the difference between a Christian and a “Biblical Christian”? Furthermore, it is arrogant of him to claim that only Christians are ‘righteous’ and by implication all non-Christians are ‘wicked.’
Barton misspoke his quotation of Proverbs 29:2. According to the King James Version the verse reads, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.”
b. Barton says that non-Christians should have first Ammendment rights 'chopped off'. c. Barton says a Christian nation is the only one that allows religious freedom because Christians know that their religion will always win because it is the only true religion. d. Barton says that everything should operate according to Biblical Principles and that all legislation should reflect the Bible. e. Barton advocates the Dominionist “7 Mountains Mandate” in an interview with Reconstructionist John Moore on his radio show. (04/04/2011)
John Moore: Welcome to the intersection of faith and politics – well actually, I’ve been trying to retrain myself David so we say faith and the culture because it is a lot more than politics. David Barton: It is. Well, you know, you and I have looked at it before and that there's five areas that you have to be able to influence and control if you are going to take a culture and that's media, business, government, education, and pulpit. Now, for twenty years as it turns out - I wasn't even aware of this - way back, Bill Bright from Campus Crusade, when he was still alive, Loren Cunningham, Youth With a Mission, these guys got together back at the same time and really felt like there were seven areas that had to be taken for a culture and these are the seven that they gave: family, religion, education, media, entertainment, business and government. Now we've grouped some of those together and throw some together, but they said those are the seven areas you have to have and if you can have those seven areas, you can shape and control whatever takes place in nations, continents, and even the world. Green: So it's the same idea, saying, "Look, every single area of the culture you need to be involved in." Barton: ... It says the Lord's house is going to be established on top of the mountains and these are the seven mountains. If you're going to establish God's kingdom, you've got to have these seven mountains and again that's family, religion, education, media, entertainment, business and government. Now that's what we believed all along is you got to get involved in this stuff. Jesus said "you occupy 'til I come." We don't care when he comes, that's up to him. What we're supposed to do is take the culture in the meantime and you got to get involved in these seven areas.
David Barton agrees with Richard Land that...:
“Liberalism kills, whether it's in the family; whether it's in a university; whether it's in education; whether it's in business; whether it's in government, and especially in denominations, liberalism kills. “That's a great axiom to remember is liberalism kills.”
Wallbuilders Live 09/24/2012 g. David Barton says that God gave us 613 Biblical Laws to follow with the top ten as priorities. “Now you take the Ten Commandments and look at them and there are certain issues that do appear there....
What doesn't make the top ten is the environment or helping the poor or energy or whatever. So if we take other issues and raise them above God's top ten, then we have usurped what God has told us in the Scriptures and what God told his nation: "I've given you 613 laws, but here's my prioritization; these are the most important ones." So we need to vote with that cognizance.” h. Evangelical Christian critics of David Barton and his claims: The Hidden Faith of Our Founding Fathers, by Adullam Films, is a thorough and scholarly expose of David Barton’s falsification of Founding Father’s beliefs from an orthodox Christian point of view. It 3 hour presentation.
I believe it’s so important that we as Christians expose this wicked spirit of Anti-Christ among the Founding Fathers and not bring these guys into our churches and teach our children, and our families, and our brethren, that these men were some kind of Christian heroes when they weren’t Christian heroes at all. They were denying the Gospel of our Lord and so our battle is not-is not a political battle. The reason that men like David Barton want to take the Founders and go into Churches and into try to convince you that these guys were Christians is because they want you to become entangled in the politics of this world and to get your eyes and your focus off the spiritual battle that the Scripture tells us is the real fight that we’re in.
The Hidden Faith of Our Founding Fathers by Christian Pinto; director and producer of Adullam Films: Trailer, Full version (3 hours long). Breaking Point: He Gave Us What We Wanted
The story has been told in both the secular and the Christian press: Barton’s most recent book, The Jefferson Lies, was riddled with misinformation. Its publisher, Thomas Nelson, pulled it from distribution. Barton is standing firm in his position, but reliable historians—strongly conservative Christian scholars among them— continue to hold him in error, and not just because of this work but because of others as well.
Following Judah’s Lion: Embracing Lies but Still Orthodox?
A man named David Barton wrote a book that claims that Thomas Jefferson was sympathetic to the Christian faith and the implication being he may have even been a secret believer. The claims in his book were so preposterous that the Thomas Nelson company has refused to publish it anymore....
An example of the outrageously false statements that Barton makes: He claims that the Bible in Exodus 18:21 sanctioned democratic elections. In fact, the Bible verse Barton quotes makes it clear that there were no elections. It was Moses who chose those who would govern Israel. Barton’s statement:
We’re told in the Scriptures, in Exodus 18:21 God says 1 “choose out from among you leaders of tens, fifties, hundreds and thousands.” Leaders of tens, hundreds,
fifties and thousands? That’s elect your local, county, state and federal leaders….God set up elections at the very beginning.
As he made that statement, Barton was making a sweeping arm motion with his finger pointing towards the audience as if to indicate that they would be the ones participating in these fantasy elections. The actual statement in the Bible is:
“17 Moses’ father-in-law replied, “What you are doing is not good. 18 You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone. 19 Listen now to me and I will give you some advice, and may God be with you. You must be the people’s representative before God and bring their disputes to him. 20 Teach them his decrees and instructions, and show them the way they are to live and how they are to behave. 21 But select capable men from all the people—men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain—and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. 22 Have them serve as judges for the people at all times, but have them bring every difficult case to you; the simple cases they can decide themselves. That will make your load lighter, because they will share it with you. 23 If you do this and God so commands, you will be able to stand the strain, and all these people will go home satisfied.” Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything he said. 25 He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. 26 They served as judges for the people at all times. The difficult cases they brought to Moses, but the simple ones they decided themselves.”

Silvoso gives an analogy about rats that have to be killed. The Superintendant of the State, my superintendant, all the board member of Ed [ucation] members, God and everyone was getting a letter of complaint against me – the rats – with 40 allegations, 40! … This is the important thing folks. Apostle Bernard Wilks Apostle Bernard Wilks, a member of the International Coalition of Apostles and a pastor at Metropolitan Baptist church at Newark, New Jersey, wants to restore a theocracy in his city and take the rights of non-Christians away:
The city's charter specifically specified - and the expert on this is Lloyd Turner and I guess Joanne has a lot of it too, maybe by studying and some by osmosis - that the charter did specify that Newark was to be a representation as closely as possible to the Kingdom of God, here on earth. All of the voting citizens of the city, all of them were believers and members of the church. They allowed others to reside there but they didn't have the same rights and privileges as those who were committed to Christ. Now the original charter required that and somehow that aspect of our spiritual heritage has been lost...So, we want to see that restored as much as possible.
So, Apostle Wilks, what happens when those whose “rights and privileges” you take away practice their 2nd Amendments rights? 22. Apostle Eddie Long Preaching in New Zealand with Reverend Brian Tamaki he tells the congregation that they will have total control over society:

He recognized that there was a serious threat, most Americans didn’t take it seriously, McCarthy did and he had the guts, the courage to stand up and say ‘we got to stop this.’ I wish that we could find a McCarthy-like individual today that was willing to stand up and proclaim very boldly that we do have a problem with a Marxist cabal in America, which are now in powerful positions, influencing our policies and the direction of our country.

It is God’s world and must be brought under God’s law politically, economically, and in every other way possible. The Enlightenment,
by its savage and long-standing attack on Biblical faith, has brought about a long retreat of Christianity from a full-orbed faith to a king [?] of last-ditch battle centering around the doctrines of salvation and of the infallible Scripture. The time has come for a full-scale offensive, and it has indeed begun, to bring every area of thought into captivity to Christ, to establish the whole counsel of God and every implication of His infallible word.”

Dean supports the extermination of Gays*: Dean* praises Muslims who call for the execution of Gays in America and says that
God will raise up a foreign enemy to enforce anti-Gay laws (1:19 – video removed):
“... Muslims are calling for the execution of Homosexuals in America.... they themselves are upholding the laws that are even in the Bible of the Judeo-Christian God but they seem to be more moral than even the American Christians do because these people are livid about enforcing their laws....” “...and God at the Heavens, in Jesus name, is warning you (Homosexuals) to turn from the wrath to come, yet you have Muslims calling for your execution. If America won’t enforce the laws, God will raise up a foreign enemy to do just that.”
Soon after saying that, Dean tried to run and hide from his statement by saying:
“...we have specifically rejected, as all Christians do, the Islamic doctrine, and actual practice, of executing homosexuals. But some have claimed, in effect, that by merely mentioning the execution of homosexuals (as a criminal practice of Islam), on our radio broadcast, we have suggested it for consideration. Obviously this is absurd. The whole point was to contrast the Islamic position with the Christian position. This may not have been as clear as we would have otherwise planned it to be. Live radio is not scripted. But everyone who knows us knows that this is our position because we have stated it consistently for years – long before we ever discussed the topic on the radio. There are board members, and other supporters who can vouch for this. We have never and will never call for the execution of homosexuals. This is a complete misinterpretation by design.”

57 III. Evangelical Anti-Cult Websites Warning Against Dominionism and Christian Nationalism
A sure sign of religious authoritarianism is a zealousness to rid the world of opposition to its peculiar tenets. In the minds of many dominion teachers the authority of the apostles and prophets must not be questioned. The Kingdom of God (as they understand it) must be free from dissension. Therefore it will be necessary that those who challenge their authority be removed. Albert James Dager Christian Cult Expert Apologetics Index
...if the utopian society of the dominion teachers is to be realized before Jesus returns, a holocaust worse than any history has ever witnessed must take place. The "holy wars" of early "Christianity" may yet be revived. Albert James Dager Allegory: Imagine a serial killer running loose, stalking and killing members of a particular religious affiliation and making preparations to kill members of the general public as well. Also imagine that only a few members of that religious denomination have even heard that such murders are taking place in their midst. Now imagine that, out of the few who have heard of this killer, most refuse to even believe that he exists; or even if he were to exist, that he presents much of a threat to anyone. Imagine, indeed, the police being ridiculed for their efforts to inform the Church of such a killer in their midst. Reality: Evangelical anti-cult ministries have been sounding the alarm on the Dominionist/Christian Nationalist movement for the past 20 years. They describe the movement as an extremely authoritarian cult that is rapidly invading Charismatic churches and making inroads into other Protestant churches. It is a pathetic spectacle to watch these anti-cult ministries trying to expose the mere existence, let alone the danger of the Dominionist movement in contrast to the ridiculous claims being made by the majority of Evangelical leaders, conservatives
and occasionally the idiot media, about Dominionism’s supposed non-existence, ‘small’ influence or its being a conspiratorial invention of ‘Liberal/Secular’ forces. This section is not intended to be a theological dissertation. We need to keep in mind, though, that their religious concepts are reflections of their tyrannical dreams. In brief, these anti-cult ministries are warning us about a movement that has nothing to do with Christianity but everything to do with political power in the hands of a religious elite. ▲
A. Christian Websites, Videos, Audios and Books Warning Against Dominionism
1. Sola Sisters: a. An article on Dominionism’s ‘Apostles’ addressed to Evangelicals. Note the tone of fear and desperation. Illustration theirs
We all know about pandemics, right? ... That's what the scientists are always concerned about, and when that happens, they sit up and take notice, and start churning out public service warnings, because they know this previously harmless virus could potentially turn into a very dangerous, and deadly, pandemic. In somewhat the same way, a new movement with some pretty strange beliefs inside of Christian evangelicalism called the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) has gathered lethal momentum very unexpectedly. This movement had up until recently only been taught and believed inside the hyper-charismatic movement (think IHOP, Kansas City Prophets, Mike Bickle, etc.). But now, having somehow "jumped" from its normal carrier, rather than being "contained" as a strange belief system that would only impact a limited number of people, it suddenly began to go viral when big names on the political right began to align themselves with the big names from the charismatic Christian side. Why exactly has the NAR, which makes alarming use of militant "warfare" language and talks of "taking dominion" over the world "one mountain at a time,"
gotten so big, so fast, and with so many big political names attached? In my view, it's because there are many on the political right, who, despite their moralistic stance, have a tendency to be more invested in political strategy, power and numbers than in sound doctrine and biblical truth. Thus, to the political right without discernment, Numbers = Power. And I suspect this is what happened: they looked out over the landscape of the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement (which is an extremely large segment of professing Christians), decided this was representative of "Christianity," did the math, and then jumped on board. A Personal Note: Please send this article to your loved ones so that they can be on the look-out for this dangerous movement sweeping through Christianity. I consider this to be one of the most important articles I have ever written, and I regret not having written it sooner. And please understand that I have only scratched the surface in this article. Unfortunately, the NAR is such a massive movement, with so many tentacles, and so many people involved, that it was almost impossible to talk about it concisely. It is almost unfathomable to me how many people have been affected by this dangerous movement. Hardly a day goes by that I don't hear from at least one person who has personally had to flee a once solid church because this teaching has suddenly swept in, or someone who has watched a loved one be seduced by it, or someone who has even been unwittingly swept up in this movement themselves.
What Is The New Apostolic Reformation? (And Why Should We Be Concerned About It?) by Christine Pack 2. Apologetics Index: A warning about the genocidal nature of Dominionism by anti-cult writer Albert James Dager
“A sure sign of religious authoritarianism is a zealousness to rid the world of opposition to its peculiar tenets. In the minds of many dominion teachers the authority of the apostles and prophets must not be questioned. The Kingdom of God (as they understand it) must be free from dissension. Therefore it will be necessary that those who challenge their authority be removed.”

Yet if the utopian society of the dominion teachers is to be realized before Jesus returns, a holocaust worse than any history has ever witnessed must take place. The "holy wars" of early "Christianity" may yet be revived.” “Immortalization: An Examination of Kingdom Theology.” Part 3. Other articles on Dominionism and Reconstructionism. 3. Slaughtering the Sheep: The Dominion Mandate, Posted on October 7, 2011
C. Peter Wagner, founder of the New Apostolic Reformation and the Wagner Leadership Institute, has introduced a heresy to the church that is growing at an alarming rate. Whereas before, the proponents of the NAR were looked at as being on the fringe of Charismania, they have now swiftly gained inroads into churches, and even politics, and are now beginning to go mainstream. But, Wagner didn’t do this alone. Wagner had many self-serving false prophets and false apostles who were more than willing to help him spread this poison.... This is a warning that I am giving more loudly and clearly than any I’ve ever given. Keep your eyes and ears open! This thing has not only gained traction, but is spreading like a cancer. Watch and pray, friends. It’s getting darker by the minute!
Let us Reason: “Joel’s Army”:
…This [Dominionist] concept of unity was tried by the Catholic Church to integrate religion with the state and politics. And it became the downfall of a Church that was kept pure by persecution. We may yet see the "holy wars" like the early Holy Roman Empire revived to try and produce what only Christ can as the Prince of Peace. Rick Joyner who seems to be a main promoter of an end time army wrote from his visions about "a bloody civil war" in the Church. (Latter Rain Revival, 1996) that the blues and the grays in his end-time war scenario in the church is that just likened to the American Civil war… ... … read his writings and it won't be long before they see certain Christians demonized in graphic detail. To be rational one must use their mind, something of which he has already drawn a line in the sand on his own imaginary battlefield as the enemy. As he has accused the brethren of not being spiritual, even to the point of identifying the "Antichrist" as the orthodox church. (Weighed and Found Wanting, Bill Randles, p. 64.) ... May we have the full armor of God on as Joel’s army begins to march and challenges the historic view of Christianity. Yes, there just may be a civil war…
Herescope and Discernment Ministries: a. A warning about Dominionistic ideologies and the tyranny of the Middle Ages:
Dominionism in brief Throughout the 2000 year history1 of Christianity there has always been a vein of dominionism embedded in the strata of doctrines. “Throughout the 2000 year history of Christianity there has always been a vein of dominionism.” The reference is to the Catholic Church and the Inquisition. While the actual word “Dominionism” is not used to describe Medieval Catholicism, the Church had the Dominionist belief that it was the Kingdom of God and thus had the power to
enforce His ‘laws’. They felt entitled to tyrannize others as if they themselves were God.
Dominionism and the Rise of Christian Imperialism by Sarah Leslie. b. Warning about the 7 Mountains ideology about to go viral within the political/mainline Christian arena.
Seven Mountains - Set To Go VIRAL ... an increasingly common tactic of the NAR - taking a politically popular Christian Right position and then using it as a basis upon which to gain greater credibility and garner access to the evangelical mainstream. It also gives them a chance to broaden their base of operations, spreading the word about the 7 mountains of culture and the agenda to mold minds, shape institutions, and take over governments. ... Is the Seven Mountains Mandate currently being rehearsed for political prime time? The wheels have been greased and the list of interconnections of organizations and personnel could go on and on. There appears to be no stopping it. The New Apostolic Reformation leaders are now being welcomed into the mainstream evangelical world, with all of the credibility and esteem that goes with that sacred cow status. It now appears perfectly acceptable to stand on the same podium with the Todd Bentleys and share political platforms with those who openly proclaim a grandiose vision to gain control over the seven power centers of the culture. Seven Mountains Set to Go Viral by Discernment Ministries.
c. An example of how long anti-cult ministries have been warning about Dominionism.
"The Kingdomizers Have Arrived!" Discernment Newsletter. May/June 1992 “Note to Herescope readers: What follows may be the most important article ever published by Discernment Ministries in its 21 year history. The first edition of the Discernment Newsletter, published in May 1990 began chronicling the activities of a group of men calling themselves "prophets" and "apostles," claiming to have extra-biblical revelation and calling to build an elite army to take over the Earth. This obscure cult infiltrated Pentecostal circles with its doctrines, but it wasn't until these "Kansas City Prophets," as they were called, connected with C. Peter Wagner from Fuller Theological Seminary, that they gained great momentum and helped to form the basis of what Wagner calls "The New Apostolic Reformation" (NAR). ... “This coming month all is about to change. These NAR leaders are having a great big "coming out party" on May Day in Washington, D.C. These New Order of the Latter Rain cult leaders are going to be standing prominently alongside Christian Right and Republican Right leaders in a great convergence that positions them front and center stage. Their esoteric Dominionist doctrines are rapidly becoming integrated into the entire purpose of this event, albeit cloaked in the rhetoric of "saving America" patriotism. And herein lies the problem. For under the guise of moral causes, these men intend to change more than the declining culture of America. They intend to build the Kingdom of God on Earth "sphere" by "sphere," nation by nation.”
The above article is quoted in the more recent article The Coalescing of the Christian Right with Apostolic Dominionism – It is not about Freedom it is about DOMINION. April 08, 2010. 6. “Apostles and Politics...” “Apostles and Politics [music]. They talk directly to God; they believe they visit with angels on a regular basis. Signs and wonders manifest on command when they get together and ah, they’re gaining political respectability in the United States; rubbing shoulders with the movers and shakers of our political world; especially of the Conservative bent, because they want to take over the world.”
b. Another interview with Sarah Leslie. Gilbert says, “I feel strongly that one of the most dangerous deceptions facing the American church today is the threat posed by Dominion Theology.” (The subject begins a little over halfway through) Some statements by Leslie describing Dominionism:

“A CULT took center stage in Washington, D.C. yesterday — or rather, took the steps of the Lincoln Memorial — for an event that featured prominent American Christians and volunteers from all fifty states. May Day 2010 was billed as a day to publicly repent and cry out to God for mercy instead of the judgment we deserve. “That’s fine, as far as it goes, but there are some serious doctrinal problems with the approach. Not least of which is the net effect of this event, which allowed leaders of the heretical New Apostolic Reformation to rub shoulders with respected evangelical leaders. In short, Dominionism went public, and it was publicly sanctioned by mainstream evangelicals.”

VFTB 020: Paul and Phillip Collins — Their Kingdom Come. Nov 1, 2009. 7. Deception Bytes: Taking Dominion - Do We Really Want God's Kingdom Now?
There is no doubt that the evangelical and political landscape in this country has been radically transformed by a theological shift that began in the 1960’s. The compelling force behind the shift was Christian Reconstructionism, also known as Dominionism, or “Kingdom Now” theology. Once this idea took root it spread like cancer infusing itself into almost every evangelical denomination and eventually weaving itself into the very fabric of the nation’s political right. The majority of leaders on the “Christian Right” are influenced by it, if not downright openly accepting of it. Most, however, will not openly claim it. So pervasive is this apostate theology, that it is becoming increasingly difficult to find an evangelical church that is not embracing it in one form or another. ...in the last few decades, an increasing number of evangelicals have begun to believe the Dominionist, post-millennialist view. They believe it is their mandate to build the Kingdom of God here and now - a kingdom they themselves will rule as God’s vice-regents. Most,
although not all, shun the rapture and criticize those who embrace it as having an escapist mentality. All postmillennialists by definition are Dominionists. They do not believe that Christ will bodily return, but rather will come corporately and indwell the church after it has conquered the nations and subdued them under Mosaic Law and its consequent punishments.... Those who hold Dominionist views believe scripture compels them to dominate, subdue, rule over, build up, tear down, and unite, all in the name of “Christ”. Dominionists transmute the concept of an invisible, spiritual and eternal “Kingdom of God” into a mandate to build an earthly political empire now. The fact that Jesus clearly stated that His Kingdom was NOT of this world is conveniently discarded. “The Church has been foreordained of God to become that people who will become so glorified that we can bring Christ back to the earth. This glorified church must make the earth God's footstool before Jesus can come again." 2 Earl Paulk They arrogantly believe that it is only when they have conquered and subdued the nations that Christ can return. However, which “Christ” are they building their New World Utopia for? If you substitute their use of “Jesus” and “Christ” for the word “Corporate Christ” you have essentially the same doctrine as the New Age Movement and other Gnostic doctrines. When the majority of today’s evangelicals start agreeing with mystic, Gnostic, and New Age doctrine, we have a problem; a significant one. Dominionists preach another gospel and another Jesus; plain and simple. Apostasy Veiled in Patriotism Perhaps most disturbing of all is the fact that Dominionist thought has become the central ideology driving the Republican Party. Theirs is a gospel of war, conquest, world domination, and theocratic rule by whatever means necessary. These “means” include covert wars, counterinsurgency and pre-emptive warfare. Their actions are justified in their eyes since they feel they are mandated to establish “Christian” rule on earth.... Make no mistake, Dominionism by its very nature undemocratic, unpatriotic and unAmerican. The ultimate goal of its true adherents is nothing short of a theocracy with themselves as the ruling elites! They wish to legislate a twisted form of Christianity and strictly forbid worship outside their twisted definition. It will be a form of fascism that will slaughter all who oppose it. If you think this could never happen please keep in mind that it already has. In fact several wars in the last few decades have been funded, aided, or at the very least, enthusiastically endorsed, by prominent “Christian Right” leaders and organizations working covertly with the CIA....

Evangelical Books and DVDs Warning Against Dominionism
The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers. (DVD) Starring Chris Pinto and Ed Decker of Adullam Films. Pinto says in his DVD trailer:
I believe it's so important, that we as Christians expose this wicked spirit of anti-Christ among the Founding Fathers and not bring these guys into our churches and teach our children, and our families and our brethren that these men were some kind of Christian heroes; when they weren't Christian heroes at all. They were denying the Gospel of our lord. And so our battle is not-is not a political battle. The reason that men like David Barton want to take the founders and go into churches and trying to convince you that these guys were Christians is because they want you to become entangled in the politics of this world. And to get your eyes and your focus off the spiritual battle that the scriptures tell us is the real fight that we’re in.
Trailer, YouTube full version. Also available from Amazon Books Amazon Books Review: FANTASTIC, WELL DOCUMENTED, LONG OVER DUE, October 14, 2010. By W. Saunders:
I have done much research in this area of the "real story" behind the Founding Fathers and Chris Pinto LAYS OUT THE FACTS OF THE TRUTH about the Founding Fathers. It's all public documents available to everyone to see, just nobody bothers to look. All the Christians just believe people like DAVID BARTON without checking out the facts for themselves.
Chris Pinto uses video footage showing David Barton misleading people in order to propagate a certain way of thinking. David Barton is counting on lazy, gullible Christians to just trust him and not check for themselves. As a Christian, this was a very bitter pill for me to swallow but the facts can't be denied. America started out with Puritans & Pilgrims preaching the Gospel but by the time the revolutionaries showed up AND took over, those days were over. ... If you want to know the truth about America's Founding Fathers do the research and also watch this very valuable DVD. Take notes, look up the documents yourself. Don't blindly trust anyone like a David Barton. BE A BEREAN. Check it out yourself. Chris Pinto is doing what Christians are called to do in Ephesians 5:11 - "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather EXPOSE THEM." Chris has done a stellar job at exposing the lies of wolves and revealing the truth.
(Capitalization his) 2. Christian Jihad: Neo-Fundamentalists and the Polarization of America by Colonel Doner:
"The bizarre world of their Dominionist-Spiritual Warfare mentality is a new and much more dangerous manifestation of the old Christian right and has the power to bring us to the brink of civil war. It is vital that we understand what is happening and what can be done about it before it is too late."
Written by Colonel V. Doner, a former fundamentalist leader, author and key architect of the Christian Right. Book review by Christian Voice and The American Coalition for Traditional Values (with Tim Laheye)
“The author is uniquely qualified to help us decode, even empathize with, the NeoFundamentalist paradigm complete with all its fears and paranoia, its “God given” mandate and its “biblical vision” for God, country, and family. Drawing on his three decades as a founder/leader/theorist of both Neo-Fundamentalism and the Christian Right, Doner provides the rare insight possessed only by one who himself has been formed by the process of radicalization. Not only was he an insider for three decades, he was a founder of two of the three major Neo-Fundamentalist political organizations in the 80’s.”
Author’s website - http://christian-jihad.com/ 3. Veangeance is ours: The Church In Dominion by Albert James Dager
“A new militancy is stirring in the breasts of Christians in response to the evils that beset society. Tens of thousands attend spiritual warfare seminars hoping to learn how to “take back from Satan what he has stolen.” A call for vengeance on God’s enemies and a restructuring of society under God’s Law is being heard in everwidening circles.
“But is it the Christian’s responsibility to take control of society and to reconstruct it in accordance with God’s Law? Vengeance Is Ours presents some startling revelations in this analysis of various forms of dominion theology from Manifested Sons of God to Christian Reconstructionism.”
Amazon Books Review: Vengeance is Ours? January 13, 2000 By Kelleigh Nelson
“It's a frightening thought that so many have bought into this form of perverted theology... it's a theology of hate rather than love. “Dominionism/reconstructionism is a huge octopus, and Al Dager connects all the tentacles and even the minor suction cups of this behemoth. Al covers the subject thoroughly although I'd have liked to have him connect the dots in some of the neo-nazi tentacles of this theology. However, this is the best book on the Dominionist belief system and who all is involved with it. Buy it! It's a keeper for research!”

Some Religious Right leaders have joined forces with movers and shakers, literally speaking, of the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). They have been warned about this "New Breed" of Christian and their global kingdom agenda and have chosen to disregard the warnings. This article will put to rest the notion that the NAR's esoteric doctrines fall within the pale of orthodox Christianity. The hope of course is that the Religious or Christian Right will wake up and smell the coffee and sever all ties with these renegades. What's astounding is that conservative Christian leaders, many of whom are biblically literate, fail to recognize blatant false teaching. ... The reason I'm sounding the alarm is that more and more Christians are getting caught up in this cult.

Article on Joel’s Army about the NAR’s threat of a “civil war” with other Christians churches. Let Us Reason Ministries (An Evangelical anti-cult website). Joel's Army
… modern interpreters have given Joel's army new significance. Joel's army will purge the earth (the cleansing) of all wickedness and rebellion and even judge the apostate Church (which is those who do not join their fraternity of miracle workers). They will overcome death itself, they will redeem all creation, and restore the earth. The Church will inherit the earth, and rule the nations all before Christ comes back. When he (Jesus) does come we are to hand the kingdom over to him and he will say job well done, enter into the kingdom. The real Joel's army in Joel 2 does NO miracles and marches strictly through the land of Israel making destruction, there is no blessing from Joel's army marching. If one reads through about Joel's army they find that they will be destroyed in the end. ... Much of this is being preached from the pulpits big and small without the congregant's ever blinking. Without being able to identify phrases they don't know what they are ingesting. Many churches have turned into Latter Rain churches by default or influence, some knowingly and some not. ... Jack Deere explains Joel 2 in the context of Ezekiel 9: "When this army comes, He says it’s large and it’s mighty. It’s so mighty that there’s never been anything like it before…‘begin the slaughter and begin it in the temple and begin it with the elders, the leaders of my people.’ And they walk through the land and they start and they begin to slaughter and you know it’s already started with the biggest names in His household? He has already started the slaughter…and it is coming now among the Church."(It Sounds Like the Mother of All Battles, Jack Deere, VMI, Joel’s Army, 1990, "Joel’s Army") ... As Jewel Grewe so clearly put it, "The MANIFESTED SONS believe they are establishing a new and glorious Kingdom - led by a NEW BREED of men of women. The "Joel's Army" now individually manifest as Sons of God would be revealed to the world as many "saviours" who would take dominion and execute judgment." Jack Deere speak of an invincible army. He says, "… they won't be able to kill this army." John Wimber also stated, "those in this army will have the 'kind of anointing ... his kind of power ... anyone who wants to harm them must die". ... 'Why wouldn't you want to be a part of what God wants to do with His hand-picked leaders?'… I think Almighty God is going to rip open the hearts of our leaders. I think He's going to tear them open. And I think he's going to put them back together again as one.
One leadership. We've got to have one leadership, one leadership only. We've got to have everybody hitting on all cylinders…
(Promise Keepers Meeting -April 29 199, Detroit Silver Dome).
….This concept of unity was tried by the Catholic Church to integrate religion with the state and politics. 64.) … May we have the full armor of God on as Joel’s army begins to march and challenges the historic view of Christianity. Yes, there just may be a civil war…
“Joel’s Army”, Let us Reason Ministries, 2009. 2. Dismemberment and absorption of churches by the Theocratic movement.
a. "Steeple-jacking: How the Christian Right is Hijacking Mainstream Religion," by Sheldon Culver and John Dorhauer. This book describes the systematic dismemberment, restructuring and takeover of mainline churches by radical conservative organizations (Not necessarily Dominionist). This is done by creating divisiveness within a church and then using political and legal maneuvers to marginalize and eliminate congregation members that do not adhere to their beliefs. One of the major organizations involved in this divide and conquer strategy is the Institute for Religion and Democracy (IRD). Amazon Books’ reviews: By napsman, East Lansing, Michigan:
They describe "steeplejacking" as the takeover of churches by small groups who divide the membership, often alienating everyone but a core group. As UCC clergy they focus on congregations in their own denomination. Since UCC congregations own their own property, they are both vulnerable to steeplejacking, and they are rich prizes. In denominations like the United Methodist Church, where property belongs to the denomination itself, steeplejacking is a less viable strategy. Instead, there is a movement to split the United Methodist Church itself. This is all deeply disturbing. I would probably be a little skeptical of their assertions if this was the first time I was hearing this, but it isn’t. There appears to be an organised campaign against the mainline Protestant churches, and one that
originates not within the churches, but from outside. But then...what do you expect of the "religious" right?
By Esther W Shoup, Ellington, CT USA:
Steeplojacking, is not only hot off the press, it is a very timely book for many main line Christian denominations. In short the fundamentalist think they are the only Christians and all should believe/accept their interpretations of the Bible. Note: It was exactly what was happening in my local church over a period of few years. At least 75% of the members are bewilder and bruised by the vote taken in July. They failed to understand the significance to the total church.”
By S. Robertson, Kansas, USA:
As a pastor of a mainline church I can only wish this book had been available more than 10 years ago.

72 IV. Joel’s Army: Dominionism’s Self-Described Hitler’s Youth
I wanna see young people who are as committed to the cause of Jesus Christ as the young people are to the cause of Islam. I wanna see them as radically laying down their lives for the Gospel as they are over in Pakistan and Israel and Palestine and all those different places, you know, because we have – excuse me, but we have the truth! Becky Fischer Jesus Camp
The New Apostolic Reformation has been holding a series of mass rallies attracting youths throughout the United States for over a decade. These rallies are usually held in sports stadiums with tens of thousands in attendance. “Joel’s Army” is a militant Dominionist youth movement whose purpose is to establish a Christian world government. They get their name from the book of Joel in the Bible. The Book of Joel is the Apostolic religion’s most revered book. Chapter 2 is the scriptural cornerstone of Domionionist belief about its role in world conquest. That chapter describes a plague of locusts sent by God to destroy an evil nation. Joel’s Army goes by a variety of different names such as “New Breed” and “Gideon’s Army”. The following chapters will show the grave danger Joel’s Army, under the control of the Apostolic leadership, presents to the security of the United States. Their militancy, psychotic view of themselves and, of most importance, their sheer numbers – in the hundreds of thousands – makes it clear that they are indeed the equivalent of the Hitler’s Youth as one of their Pastors explicitly compared them to.
A ‘New Breed’
Pastor Rick Warren, urges ‘Christian’ youth to be as dedicated as the Hitler Youth and Mao Zedong’s sociopathic brat brigade. He gave this sermon to 30,000 members of the Saddleback Church at Anaheim Stadium, California in 2005.
Right after Pastor Warren compared them to the Hitler Youth he instructed them to hold up signs saying “Whatever it takes.” (See picture below).
Youths of the Dominionist Saddleback Church were told to look up to the Hitler Youth by their Pastor, Rick Warren. Shortly afterwards they were asked to hold up signs saying, “Whatever it Takes” Anaheim Stadium, April 17, 2005. 30,000 attendees.
Jesus Camp. Children being indoctrinated to be religious fanatics. Full movie version (note: subtitles), Trailer. Interview with Becky Fischer (No relation to Bryan Fischer), director of Jesus Camp (1:14:22):
Anyone who does any work with kids knows that it’s because the reason you go for kids is because whatever they learn by the time they’re 7, 8, 9 years old is pretty well there for the rest of their lives and these are the statistics that you can research for yourself ...
Fischer holds Muslim fanatics as examples for Christian youths. (9:30)
I can go into a playground of kids that don’t know anything about Christianity, lead them to the Lord in a matter of just no time at all and - and just moments later they can be
seeing visions and hearing the voice of God because they are so open. They are so usable in Christianity. ... If you look at the world’s population, one-third of that 6.7 billion people are children under the age of fifteen - one-third…. Where should we be putting our efforts? Where should we be putting our focus? I’ll tell you where our enemies are putting it. They’re putting it on the kids.... It’s no wonder, with that kind of intense training and discipline, that those young people are ready to kill themselves for the cause of Islam. ... I wanna see young people who are as committed to the cause of Jesus Christ as the young people are to the cause of Islam. I wanna see them as radically laying down their lives for the Gospel as they are over in Pakistan and Israel and Palestine and all those different places, you know, because we have… excuse me, but we have the truth!
Visions of Glory: Becoming Like Gods
“I’m indestructible. And even if I did fall, Christmas angels would catch me.” Cat’s Cradle Kurt Vonnegut
A criticism by Christian scholar Jewel Grewe on Dominionists’ delusions of invincibility and literal godhood combined with their tyrannical intentions towards the rest of Christianity. Pages 1-2
“Their “prophetic” message was that God is raising an army in these last days to execute judgment and dominion throughout the Earth. They declared that the time is at hand for God to pour out His Spirit (the Latter Rain) on the Church in an unprecedented scale, in fulfillment of Joel 2:28, marking the beginning of the great “new thing” God is doing on the earth. “Vineyard Ministries have held conferences overseas and throughout the U.S.A. Churches and denominations have been proselytized and preyed on with a “gospel” that leaders claim is ordained to bring forth: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. the greatest revival the church has ever known; the greatest baptism of the Spirit the Church has ever experienced; the greatest Army (Joel's Army) distinguished by invincibility, immortality and divinity; the greatest purging (inquisition) in the history of the Church; the greatest ministry – the Prize of all Ages; and the greatest miracles, supernatural signs and wonders, far exceeding that of the Apostles and Prophets of old.”

Page 8 SUPERNATURAL BEINGS
The “Day of the Lord” is re-interpreted by the false prophets to mean that Christ will come to His Church and incarnate* (become God in flesh) an army of believers – thus giving them supernatural qualities to execute judgment on the Church. The “Day of the Lord” is also misconstrued to mean a time of judgment, starting with the Church.... The “Day of the Lord” as seen through the eyes of the New Wave “prophets” will be a time when Joel’s Army*, led by these “prophets,” will pour out God's wrath on the church! Then, they claim, for the first time in two thousand years the “pure church” will come forth.
*Bolding theirs. Pages 9-10
CLEANSING ACTION The following is a further account of Jack Deere's “bloody slaughter on the church by Joel's Army” that will turn the scene of the Church to blood and darkness before perfection....
“How is God going to bring judgment upon His Church, and then judgment upon the land after His Church? He's going to do it with a large and mighty army. Now what is this army like? He says, first off in verse 3, well, first of all He said that this army is totally unique. This army, there's never been one like it, and there never will be one like it in ages to come… When this army comes, He says it's large and it's mighty. It's so mighty that there's never been anything like it before…“Begin the slaughter and begin it in the temple and begin it with the elders, the leaders of my people.” And they walkthrough the land and they start and they begin to slaughter and, you know God has already started that? He has already started with the biggest names in His household? He has already started the slaughter… and it is coming now among the Church. He'll start with the leaders, but He'll move out into the Church. That's why, when He says in verse 2, “It's day not of rejoicing and happiness, it's a day of darkness and gloom. It’s a day of clouds and blackness, like dawn spreading across the mountains.” You really want the Day of the Lord to come? Woe
to you, woe to you who long for the Day of the Lord. That Day will be darkness, not light.” (Jack Deere, ibid.) [emphases added]”
This sounds like the mother of all battles!
Reading and listening to the kind of war this Joel’s Army is supposed to wage against the Church in the last days, we learn that not only is it totally unscriptural, but it reflects an ominous spirit. Far from being redemptive, it is destructive and even sadistic.
Joel’s Army © 1991 by Jewel Grewe. Discernment Ministries, Inc. Second edition, 2006. Please note the publishing date for the first edition. 2. ‘Apostle’ John Crowder, of “Tokin the Ghost” fame, writes about the Invincibility and near Omnipotence of “Joel’s Army”.
When Will Joel’s Army Emerge? Part 1 by John Crowder. What will this generation look like? ... For our purposes here, I will only highlight a few points about the characteristics of this army. In my book, The New Mystics, we discuss this coming generation in more detail, offering historical precedent for the level of power they will display.... As persecution increases, including persecution in the West, some will literally become invincible to it. They will possess the spirit of might like Samson or David’s Mighty Men. These will be similar to many of the “would-be” martyrs throughout church history – some of their bodies were incombustible to flames, survived boiling oil, or continued to live for a time, even after they were beheaded! Many will understand their authority even over the natural elements of this earth. They will stop tidal waves, speak to objects and command them to move – someone will even literally speak to a mountain, and it will throw itself into the sea. This is not just a generation that will operate in a gift of healing or a prophetic utterance. They will demonstrate bizarre miracles. There will be mass dead raisings, translations, levitation and other things. This may sound far fetched, but all of this stuff has already happened in the lifetime of Jesus and the apostles. When Will Joel’s Army Emerge? Part 1 by John Crowder.
The Size and Extent of Joel’s Army (And the Reason Politicians Want Their Alliance)
1. Daytime madness and Night time Lunacy. ‘Apostles’ Lou Engle and Rick Joyner are present at a packed stadium of 70,000 ecstatic Joel’s Army worshipers during an all day worship service. At night they are blowing Shofars (ram horns used for battle signals in the Old Testament) and jumping up and down to the beat of drums.

Their Insane Worship Services: Violent 'Healings'; Praising God with Animal Noises and Drunken Worship; 'Resurrecting the Dead' and other wonders
"A time will come when instead of shepherds feeding the sheep, the church will have clowns entertaining the goats." C.H. Spurgeon
Whom the Gods would destroy, they first make mad. Euripides Charismatic Dominionists are distinguished from Christian Nationalists and Reconstructionists by bizarre worship rituals and church services that border on the psychotic. Dominionists practice violent healings - miraculous healings involving punching, slapping, kicking, body slamming, squeezing “leprous” flesh; etc. They perform long distance anointing; healings, including brain surgery; and they resurrect the dead through means of cellular phones; I-Pads; television broadcasts; etc. They bobble and shake their heads in convulsive like movements while hissing and grunting. They pretend to be animals. Their pastors simulate drunkenness while giving church sermons. Their youth simulate drug use, in their worship, involving the use of the Bible and the Cross as if they were drug paraphernalia. In a free society, these acts of worship would be perceived as either amusing or repugnant. However, one cannot ignore such insanity when it is coupled with the lust for power in a movement that is beginning to amass political power. ▲ 1. The Toronto ‘Blessing’: The Toronto Blessing, in 1994, was a keystone event in Dominionist history. It introduced what is now known as the “signs and wonders” movement.
At the Toronto blessing, we are blessed to witness Dominionists worship their God through means of ‘Holy’ drunkenness’, ‘Holy’ barking with some mooing and meowing thrown in (1:49) and Holy Birthing. 2. John Scotland gives a “drunken glory” sermon at the Toronto Blessing. “Drunken Glory” is a worship ritual where the minister acts as if he’s drunk in front of a laughing audience. It is supposed to be a divine manifestation from God. In this other video of the same event (1:26) Scotland is divinely inspired to make chicken noises as part of his drunken sermon. 3. 4. Holy Laughter. Please note the couple fainting from hysterical laughter. This is not ordinary laughter but a form of mass hysteria. Bobble head ‘prophesying’ complete with snake-like hisses and grunts. a. Headbangers Inc. Others join in the fun. Also, Headbangers Inc #3. (Here’s someone who does it much better; is way prettier; and doesn’t pretend to be a prophet. It’s a cultural thing, religion be damned.) b. Todd Bentley’s wife, Jessa, has a psychotic episode in church (it’s a normal part of worship services). While violently shaking her head and making incomprehensible noises, she relates a bizarre vision where the late Oral Roberts shows her a crazy, dancing and smiling, prophetic elephant (Yes, those were her exact words). She did not mention what color the elephant was. 5. 6. Andrew Strom's "Kundalini Warning"; reveals bizarre worship rituals at Dominionist meetings. Strom is a Pentecostal anti-cult writer and former member in the Dominionist movement. Parts #1, #2, and #3. “Tokin the Ghost” (video removed please see this clip for a shorter version): ‘Apostle’ John Crowder smokes some Jehova-huana (a combination of Jehovah, the sacred name of God, and Marijuana). I firmly believe in toking the Ghost, right? [Laughter] I have a little Jehovahhuana.... Crowder later denied, on his website, that he was spoofing the sacred name of God. 7. Smoking the Cross. Dominionist teens get high pretending to do ‘holy drugs’. The Cross is used like a bong. Other featured attractions include, “Snorting the Bible, teenage “Holy Drunkenness,” etc. Please note the tone of voice of the Evangelical Christian who made this video. 8. 9. Lou Engle’s prayers resulted in divine brain surgery of gunshot victims: 11:25. The dead walk! No kidding! a. Todd Bentley’s resurrection series.

Pam Olsen, Rick Perry’s former Florida campaign manager (2012), looks forward to resurrecting the dead herself and explains the “7 Mountains Mandate” while she’s at it. Unfortunately she was unable to resurrect Perry’s campaign. c. Patricia King and Melissa Fischer give a very lively explanation on how to resurrect the dead in a mortuary.
88 VI. Dominionism's Cultic Symbols, Language and Music
A. Cultic Symbols:
From left to right starting at the top: ‘Warrior Bride’: a symbol of their militant church. Another representation of the ‘Warrior Bride’ in an erotic pose. The “Seven Mountains” motif: a symbol of their wish to dominate all (7) sectors of society: Joel’s army: This symbol is taken from the book of Joel. It describes a figurative locust invasion that was meant to be a curse to Israel and Humanity in general. The locusts represent their militant youth in an apocalyptic world where they are commanded to destroy those who oppose them. The image below is based on another Bible verse, Revelation chapter 19, which describes demonic beasts that God will unleash upon sinful humanity. In other words, the Apostolic movement likens its youth to a curse upon humanity. Please note that the Apostolic leadership uses a demonic symbol to represent their church youth. The “Seven Mountains” motif. The Shofar.
B. Cultic Music
1. Warrior Bride, by Lily Band. Militant music with some singing in tongues thrown in. Frequent mention of how they will “crush the necks” of their enemies. Their enemy is anyone who is against God’s “anointed children”. Guess who God’s anointed are?
Trample down our enemies tonight, O God, My God, My God. Trample down our enemies, Oh God, Our God, Oh God, Oh Yah. Trample down our enemies, oh God, oh God, O Yahweh - Yahveh. Destroying every principality; destroying every wrong. Destroying every strong hold Lord; destroying every power. Destroying every darken thing, destroying every power that has set their self against us your anointed children. You’re destroying, you’re destroying, you’re destroying your enemies. You’re crushing, you’re crushing, you’re crushing them under your feet. You have risen high and your enemies are scattered. You are risen on high and your enemies are scattered. You are riding on high and your enemies are scattered. Rejoice, Rejoice, Rejoice, Rejoice, Rejoice. [Singing in tongues] You’re destroying every principality; everything that calls its self against you; every darkness, every spell, every vex and every hex, everything that is of the work of the devil you are crushing, you are crushing - underneath your feet Lord. And you’re giving us the necks of our enemies. We crush the necks of our enemies in your Almighty Name Yeshua. We plead your blood YESHUA, we plead your Blood Yeshua, we plead your blood. Qadosh, Qadosh, Qadosh. Qadosh, Qadosh, Qadosh. Qadosh, Qadosh, Qadosh. Qadosh
C. Cultic Language
Dominionist language is very distinct from that of Orthodox Christianity. For a detailed list of terms, link here. 1. Phrases used by Dominionists that are not found or rarely used in Evangelical and other Christian churches.
The Seven Mountains Mandate: The ‘mandate’ to take control over society in its entirety. Molders of mind: Brainwashing Occupy [‘till he comes]: To exert control over society until Christ decides to return. Being the head and not the tail: Being in control of society as opposed to being in control by it. As previously mentioned in the introduction Joel's Army: Dominionism’s militant youth. Spiritual warfare: Battling demonic forces through prayer. New Breed: A reference to all Dominionists. Warrior Bride: A symbol of their militant church. Shofar: A trumpet made from a ram’s horn used in ancient Israel to signal battles. Jezebel: The name of a high ranking female demon (not recognized in orthodox Christian doctrine). Sanctified imagination: Believing that their imaginations are visions and prophecies from God. Phineas:
[A city’s name, e.g. Toronto] Blessing: A revival style meeting where supernatural “signs and wonders” are manifested. The Call [a city’s name]: A revival style meeting, focused on youth, as organized by Lou Engle, a major Dominionist apostle. Transformation [a nation’s name]: A nationwide assembly. Plead his blood: Change agent: A person destined to make great changes in society. Soaking: Passively ‘absorbing’ the Holy Spirit. Third Wave: Latter Rain: 2. Words and phrases used by Evangelicals and other churches that are not, or rarely, used by members of the Apostolic movement. Salvation. Praise the Lord. Rapture.

Politics and the pulpit are terms that have little agreement. Edmund Burke
Sincerely wishing, that as men and Christians, ye may always fully and uninterruptedly enjoy every civil and religious right; and be, in your turn, the means of securing it to others; but that the example which ye have unwisely set, of mingling religion with politics, may be disavowed and reprobated by every inhabitant of America. Christian America and the Kingdom of God by Richard T. Hughes.
“Obviously, there is a sense in which America is a Christian nation, after all some 76% of the American people claim to be Christian, in one form or another. But the Christian ‘character’ of the United States is comparable to the Christian character of the Roman Empire after Constantine or the Holy Roman Empire of the sixteenth century. Christian trappings abound, but if one compares, for example, the Christian dimensions of the Holy Roman Empire with the teachings of Jesus, the differences are stunning. Jesus counseled peace, but the empire practiced violence. Jesus counseled humility, but the empire engaged in a ruthless pursuit of power. Jesus counseled concern for the poor, but the empire practiced exaltation of the rich. Jesus counseled modesty, but the empire practiced extravagance. Jesus counseled simple living, but the empire encouraged luxurious living for those with the means to embrace that way of life. And while Jesus counseled forgiveness and love for one’s enemies, the empire practiced vengeance. Like the ancient empire, the United States abounds in Christian trappings. And yet the United States embraces virtually all the values that have been common to empires for centuries on end. It pays lip service to peace but thrives on violence, exalts the rich over the poor, prefers power to humility, places vengeance above forgiveness, extravagance above modesty, and luxury above simplicity. In a word, it rejects the values of Jesus. How then, can we claim that the United States is a Christian nation?”

"The bizarre world of their Dominionist-Spiritual Warfare mentality* is a new and much more dangerous manifestation of the old Christian right and has the power to bring us to the brink of civil war. It is vital that we understand what is happening and what can be done about it before it is too late." Book review by Christian Voice and The American Coalition for Traditional Values (with Tim Laheye) “The author is uniquely qualified to help us decode, even empathize with, the NeoFundamentalist paradigm complete with all its fears and paranoia, its “God given” mandate and its “biblical vision” for God, country, and family. Drawing on his three decades as a founder/leader/theorist of both Neo-Fundamentalism and the Christian Right, Doner provides the rare insight possessed only by one who himself has been formed by the process of radicalization. Not only was he an insider for three decades, he was a founder of two of the three major Neo-Fundamentalist political organizations in the 80’s.” * Please note that the phrase “Spiritual Warfare” is part of the cult language of the Apostolic movement.

From Deception Bytes: Taking Dominion - Do We Really Want God's Kingdom Now?
Joel’s Army Now Recruiting
The steady infiltration of hard core Dominionists into our government and military is troubling to say the least. It is evident that what has been referred to as Joel’s Army by many in this movement is taking a dangerous shift to real world warfare. Joel’s Army is inexorably linked to the Dominionist movement most notably through the Apostolic and Prophetic movement and the (NAR) New Apostolic Reformation. It is not possible to bring the kind of radical reforms they advocate without war. It goes without saying that if you are converting whole nations and instituting Mosaic Law you are going to have to use force! This army is frequently referred to as a “New Breed” of “dread champions” who will purge the earth of its wickedness and police the nations. I find it more than a little disturbing that their theology includes a mandate for genocide.

Uganda Under Dominionist Control
You can burn down a house, but can you hide the smoke? Ugandan Proverb Uganda is under the control of the Apostolic movement. It is they who have been the architects of the “Imprison/Kill the Gays” legislation. There is also an intimate relationship between American ‘Apostles’ and their Ugandan counterparts. Uganda is seen by the Apostolic hierarchy as a template for the elimination of homosexuality throughout the rest of the world.
“Transformation Uganda”: Dominionist control of Uganda, Part #2. Uganda’s Dominionist Health Minister, Christine Ondoa. Ondoa is in charge of handling the Aids epidemic afflicting her country:
a. Ondoa’s job resume for the position of Uganda's Health Minister as noted in the African Journal, All Africa.
During a recent thanksgiving service at Life Line Ministries Church in Mbuya, Ondoa said Apostle Julius Oyet and other servants of God prophesied to her that she would be a minister. Ondoa, who is also a pastor of that church, told the congregation: "At the beginning of this year, Apostle Julius Oyet, said he saw me in a vision being transferred from Mbarara Hospital for a higher post at the Ministry of Health headquarters in Kampala. During the same period, a friend of mine told me that God had revealed to him that I would be given a ministerial post." Ondoa narrated that in February, as she was planning to move from Jinja Hospital to Mbarara, the leader of the fellowship she attended while in Jinja said she would come back to the ministry as a minister. The minister, who hails from the West Nile district of Moyo, added that even as early as 2002, when the then health minister, Jim Muhwezi, visited Arua Hospital where she was working, she heard a voice telling her she would one day become a health minister. “When the minister left, I heard a voice telling me to go and sit in the chair he had occupied. The voice said I would also be a health minister. I obeyed the voice and I sat there and told those around: 'look, I am the Minister of Health.”” she explained.”
All Africa: Uganda: God said I would be Minister - Ondoa by Moses Mulondo, 2 July 2011. b. Ondoa claims that Aids is being miraculously cured. This is a common claim of Dominionist Apostles (0:46).
“I am sure and I have evidence that someone who was positive turned negative after prayers,” Ondoa told The Observer on last week, promising to ask colleagues in Arua hospital, where she once worked, to find the relevant documentation. Along with her role as a medical professional, Christine Ondoa is also a pastor in the Life Line Ministries of Apostle Julius Peter Oyet, one of the most powerful clerics in Uganda and a main sponsor of the “Kill/Imprison the Gays” bill. Ondoa has authority over Uganda’s foreign HIV/AIDS mitigation funding, which in the year 2010 included over $270 million dollars from the United States.

For those who have been following Evangelical Christianity in East Africa you will know that the story below of African Politicians being manipulated, used, and controlled by false Christians from the West, is not a new story but this has been going on for some time. Dominionists and Political Christians from Peter Wagner and his Global Apostles, George Ortis and his false Revival Reports (Transformations), and now ‘The Family’ have all been pushing a false Christian Movement in East Africa bent on acquiring and maintaining Political Power. Born Again Christians are simply seen as Political Tools and their Leaders as puppets. Yet Born Again Christians refuse to discern this important issue.

Kevin Swanson Generations Radio
Wir haben es nicht gewusst. German saying
Kevin Swanson, of Generations Radio, looks back approvingly to the days when Christians executed Gays by sword and by burning at the stake. a. A Christian perspective eliminated “that form of life" (2:38-3:18):
A Christian perspective ultimately brought the death penalty upon homosexuality between roughly 350 AD and roughly 1850 or so, for about 1,500 years that form of life had pretty much been eliminated except here and there, it was in the closet, but it was almost unheard of for over 1,000 years, until, until recently. Of course, now you have a massive, massive increase in this kind of thing. Kevin Swanson - Generations Radio: Chik-Fil-A and Boy Scouts Stand Strong - Miss Piggy on a Bun.
b. Killing Gays by the sword and burning them at the stake helped bring about a "relatively decent Christian society" (10:35-11:51):
...the prosecution of homosexuality, as a general crime, began in the 200s, in the Christian era, when male prostitution was banned by Phillip the Arab. So there was the first, very, very first, Christian law that came into play about 200 years after Christ. So finally start to get some Christian law in place that reigned in this horrible, egregious activity.... By the end of the 4th century, that is about the 380s, passive homosexuality under the Christian empire was punishable by burning and death by sword was the punishment for a man coupling like a woman under the Theodosian code. Under Justinian all same sex acts passive or active no matter who the partners were declared contrary to nature and punishable by death. Homosexual behavior was pointed to as causes for God’s wrath following a series of disasters around 542 and 559. Well that was the end of it for about a thousand years or 1200 years. So we had about 1200 year break where societies were enabled to build up and that’s how you get a reasonably decent Christian society... Swanson Generations Radio: The Shame of Sandusky and the Classical Greek University - Christian Ministries Soften on Homosexuality by Kevin Swanson. July 02, 2012
The wretchedness of the above statement lies not merely in its promulgation of barbarism but its rape of history. Typical of the psychopathy of people like Swanson is how they invert history into the exact opposite of what it was. The era – 1200 years of ‘Civilization’ - that Swanson declared to be “a reasonably decent Christian society” was actually the beginning and
duration of the Dark Ages. It took place during the reign of the Catholic Church which, ironically, people of Swanson’s religious beliefs declare to be a heretical, idolatrous and pagan church – a false Christian religion in the eyes of his fellow Evangelicals. Of further irony is the fact that the Catholic Church had a subculture of pedophilia within the ranks of its clergy. The homosexuality and other sexual practices of Priests was so rampant and well known that it was the subject of ridicule, so much so that in the 14th century, a writer by the name of Giovanni Boccaccio wrote a book, The Decameron, lampooning the sexual corruption of the Catholic clergy. Swanson should wonder how many Catholic priests were burned at the stake or put to the sword for their sexual practices. Swanson’s irony continues. The disaster of 542 AD that he says homosexuals were blamed for provoking God’s wrath was a Bubonic Plague Pandemic (The Plague of Justinian). This event brings forth a historical comparison. In the 14th century, 800 years later, another series of Bubonic plague epidemics hit Eurasia. Jews were blamed for spreading that disease and tens of thousands of them were killed by mobs. It is a common occurrence to blame undesirable people for causing major disasters whether they are natural or social. c. It’s unbelievable. The FBI is just unbelievable to see. They have started a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender program on their careers website and they apparently have even gone from there to embracing the gay agenda, having a gay advisory committee, welcoming homosexuals as FBI agents, getting involved with pride events, but more than that going to gay pride events and encouraging homosexual activists to report hate crimes and working with them against pro-family groups. So this is what we’re seeing the FBI doing according to their own writings and according to the writings of the gay newspapers. We have one on our website, one of the gay newspapers in San Francisco, ‘FBI Encourages LGBTs to Report Hate Crimes,’ it is very, very frightening to see. The FBI is very powerful and they can do a lot of damage if they are out to get you.

Bryan Fischer’s Gay Dementia Syndrome. Fischer is the spokesman for the American Family Association (AFA): a. Says that Gays are Nazis who will "do the same thing to you that the Nazis did to their opponents in Nazi Germany." b. Gays will force Christians to wear patches in the same way that Nazis forced Jews to wear. c. Claims that the Nazi Party was started in a Gay bar. Adolf Hitler was gay and he surrounded himself with gay soldiers because straight soldiers refused to be brutal and savage enough. He also says that the only gays that were killed in the Holocaust were the effeminate ones. Yet he said, in the first video, that he never said that Gays caused the Holocaust; they only created the Nazi Party which caused the holocaust. Fischer borrows his ‘history’ from Scott Lively who is the author of the book "The Pink Swastika," which claims that...
“...the Nazi Party was conceived, organized and controlled throughout its short history by masculine-oriented male homosexuals who hid their sexual proclivities from the public, in part by publicly persecuting one group of their political enemies: out-of-thecloset effeminate-oriented homosexuals aligned with the German Communist Party.”
d. Fischer says Gays are a national security risk. e. Fischer says that if Gays aren't discriminated against, Christians will be.
“Now I believe that we should be free, in America, to discriminate against homosexual behavior; because if we don't - and it will be people of faith who will be discriminated against. “It is not possible to have a discrimination free society; we can't have it. Either we are going to discriminate against homosexual behavior or we are going to discriminate against Christianity...’
Fischer: Criminalize homosexuality.
Bradlee Dean (a Christian Nationalist) of the Christian punk ministry, “You Can Run, But You Can’t Hide,” calls for the imprisonment and execution of Gays. (0:10) a. Dean praises Muslims who call for the execution of Gays in America and says that God will raise up a foreign enemy to enforce anti-Gay laws. (You Tube video removed):
...Muslims are calling for the execution of Homosexuals in America ... they themselves are upholding the laws that are even in the Bible of the JudeoChristian God but they seem to be more moral than even the American Christians do because these people are livid about enforcing their laws.... ...and God at the Heavens, in Jesus name, is warning you (Homosexuals) to turn from the wrath to come, yet you have Muslims calling for your execution. If America won’t enforce the laws, God will raise up a foreign enemy to do just that.
Soon after saying that, Dean tried to run and hide from his statement by saying:
For example, we have specifically rejected, as all Christians do, the Islamic doctrine, and actual practice, of executing homosexuals. This is a complete misinterpretation by design.
Bradlee Dean, Affirming Our Stance on Homosexuality. June 3 2010. http://youcanruninternational.com/news/affirming-our-stance-onhomosexuality.html b. Dean says that Gays, on average, molest more people than actually exist. (Video removed)
The bottom line is this... they [homosexuals] play the victim when they are, in fact the predator. On average, they molest one hundred seventeen people before they're found out. How many kids have been destroyed, how many adults have been destroyed because of crimes against nature?
Math lessons are in order. c. Dean congratulates African countries for imprisoning Gays. (1:56 video removed)
We’ve got countries all over the world that are standing for what’s right and what’s wrong. In Rwanda there’s legislation right now that repeat offenders of Homosexuality will spend their life in prison. Because they love and value life, and they love and value that which God gave and so they enforce laws against that which destroys life which, again, is a crime against nature.
Linda Harvey (Christian Nationalist) wonders how to 'Peacefully but Permanently' Put an End to Gay Pride Events, “disses and dismisses” the idea that Gays have civil rights (Other than Gay marriage):
Once again this year, June is filled with cities holding gay pride celebrations. Every year I continue to challenge believers to pray* about what we can do peacefully but permanently to put an end to these events in our cities...The proclamation speaks with compassion about those who are ‘denied basic rights.’ Again, this is an incorrect view of homosexuality, which is not a basic right.

My son Jesse, he's nineteen years old. He's going there with weeping in his heart. With the dream that prayer is stronger than the dominion of that spirit. ...He said to me, "Dad," he said, "as long as I'm there I don't think the Lord will judge San Francisco." November 10, 2007 By: S. R. Shearer
HOMOSEXUALS ARE SUCH EASY TARGETS ...Why are homosexuals placed in such a special category? Why are they being labeled as an "ENEMY ABSOLUTE" and not divorcees, etc.? The reason is this: The creation of a fascist state requires the creation of an "ENEMY ABSOLUTE" that people can "gnaw" at; an enemy that can enlist hatred in them; an enemy that can turn men into MONSTERS that lust after human blood; after all, as we said earlier, it takes these kinds of MONSTERS to create a fascist state - AND HOMOSEXUALS MAKE SUCH A CONVENIENT "ENEMY ABSOLUTE!" Their community can be easily defined and targeted. Not so those who practice hatred, wrath, strife and envyings! To target the likes of these would be tantamount to targeting everyone - and that's no good. And what about divorcees? - that would make Ronald Reagan and Pastor Charles Stanley Satanists which would have the effect of removing them as icons in Christian America's Pantheon of heroes - and that wouldn't do Christians any good either.
Bolding and capitalization his. 17. Mat Staver says that Gay marriage will lead to civil war.
This is the thing that revolutions literally are made of. This would be more devastating to our freedom, to our religious freedom, to the rights of pastors and their duty to be able to speak and to Christians around the country, then anything that the revolutionaries during the American Revolution even dreamed of facing. This would be the thing that revolutions are made of. This could split the country right in two. This could cause another civil war. I’m not talking about just people protesting in the streets, this could be that level because what would ultimately happen is a direct collision would immediately happen with pastors, with churches, with Christians, with Christian ministries, with other businesses, it would be an avalanche that would go across the country.

General Boykin warns of America's Islamification and the terrifying prospect of his granddaughters having to wear Burkas.
Boykin: You know, it's interesting to me that two of the groups that have not said anything about this - in fact, have kind of been on the other side on this - are the women's groups and the homosexual groups. Both of those groups are discriminated against very heavily, so if there was total sharia law in this country, by sharia law homosexuals would be killed and all the women would be wearing burkas and hijabs and would be subjugated to the authority of men. But these two groups have no come out and said anything.
LuAnne Crane: They've been silent. Boykin: We are at war. And I think that until Americans are willing to find out what Islam is and to find out the truth about what the Muslim Brotherhood is doing in our country, we're going to continue to live in darkness. ... Boykin: We are intimidated. Let me say I have six grandchildren and three of them are females and I must tell you, I am greatly concerned about the day coming when they will be wearing burkas. That's how serious I consider this threat. Dobson: Are you serious? Crane: That's not just extreme? Boykin: I am very serious.

AFA’s Tim Wildmon and Marvin Sanders interview Avi Lipkin on Today’s Issues. Lipkin says that there are 20 – 30 million Muslims in the United States, 10 million of which have been secretly brought in through charter jets. Their purpose is to impregnate Christian women in order to produce more Muslim children who will conquer the nation.
What you have today is close to ten percent of the population is Muslim. You have 307 million Americans, you have 9 million Shiite Iranians who fled from Iran after 1979 when the Shah fell—these were allies of the U.S. if they had not fled they would have been killed by Khomeini—7 million Arabs, about 16 million between the Shiites and the Sunnis, four million Farrakhan Nation of Islam, that’s 20 million. I can tell you with all authenticity because I’ve been collecting this information all around the country that there are charter jets bringing Muslims into this country every day for free, at the expense of the U.S. taxpayer of course, people in Washington are bribed, the floodgates are open and they’re bringing in Muslims from Somalis, Palestinians, Bosnians, Algerians, Egyptians. Nobody even has a clue to exactly how many, I predict there are between 20 to 30 million Muslims in America and this fact is not lost on the election campaign in November. … What happens after they come here is that they marry Christian women, Jewish and Christian American women and then these women become baby factories for Islam because it’s the religion of the father. So if a Muslim father marries a Christian or Jewish mother the children are going to be Muslim. Then they get passports because they married an American woman and once they get passports they bring in their families from the Middle East. So what we’ve seen happening is not one university but we’ve seen hundreds of universities doing this and that’s one of the reasons why I’m saying this is very stealth like, it’s very insidious. Nobody sees it happening but you have a process paid with oil money to bring in millions of Muslims into this country very quietly with student visas and other things but eventually its family reunification. I’ve been following
this for the last thirty years and most Americans can’t believe anything I’m saying but I’m on the cutting edge of this.

From military, infrastructure to the church and synagogues, also to the banking and the education system, and also to pharmaceutical and medical, every level that there is that they were going to go ahead and penetrate and so far they were able to penetrate every level. Unfortunately, this government has not stopped them from advancing forward, but helped them advance forward to overcome many things. Now there are many generals who swore to destroy the United States of America are generals in the United States.
Suggests Obama is a Muslim, Imposing Islamic 'Fascist Religion'. Uncovers Plot to Use Roe v. Wade to Bring in Sharia Law.
Here’s a picture, I’m going to draw it very simply. What they’re trying to integrate into our laws is Roe v. Wade, Roe v. Wade. When they put this Islamic clause, we tracked fifty and now I’m going like there’s seventy, wow, when they establish this what happened is, they will be able to bring Sharia law liberally in our face. That’s why he said fight against those—any court that allows it we need to demonstrate outside and say no Sharia law but our constitution.
Says that Obama wants to use Immigration to bring in millions of Muslims to conquer the US and make us all wear “ragheads”.
The immigration bill is not against the Hispanic, per se, many people think it’s against the Hispanic, no, it’s not, on the contrary, our President is sending millions to Hamas to import Muslim people to United States of America. If that law passed—yes mam, check your media, Google that, he just sent $23 million dollars to Hamas recently to Hamas, just this year, we’re about to bankrupt and he sent the money to Muslims—so what happened is he’s trying to import them to United States of America to throw the power of conservatism and the Church out, you know God’s people, so what happens is they will become the upper hand or the equal hand. Because if you read the Muslim Brotherhood theology and their memorandum that they came to destroy United States of America with, is to populate United States of America with a multitude of millions of Muslims. So what happened is, when they are here, the Sharia law will, what happened when he allowed in the name of the Hispanic people, Mexican people, ‘let’s make them American,’ now all the illegal Muslims will be legalized here and terrorism will be legal in United States of America. … It’s time to make our voices known and time to stand up straight and fight for it because ultimately, the whole word just like my brother Frank [Gaffney] said, this world will become past tense and one day we’ll be wearing ragheads and walking on the street and everybody will say, ‘that used to be a Christian country where Islam conquered.’
Saleem is interviewed by Matt Staver of Liberty Council. He claims that Muslims are out to control the educational system in order to convert American children to Islam.
The invasion that we are seeing today, it’s mandated by their own Sharia law, that they have to do so and the way that they are here today in the United States of America they have infiltrated to every level. The head of the Muslim Brotherhood said we are not here to be equal to the American people or to their belief but to be the highest order, where Islam will be the only religion that will be practiced in the United States of America and the White House and all this will be Islamist. In doing so, what happened is the agenda is to infiltrate the highest rank of this government, the political arena, the education arena, the banking arena, the medical arena, all the other facets of what make America, America. With this they have penetrated the religious sector and they have penetrated also the government today, Islamist lobbyists are bringing billions of dollars to our government and buying politics, and you know, politicians. The education system has been shifted because now the Islamic centers are being opened specifically in all the Ivy League universities in the United States of America to create the curriculum for our students from kindergarten all the way to university level.
Cliff Kincaid, of Accuracy in Media, says that Al Gore is opening us up to Islamic domination.
One of my columns about this was titled, ‘Al Gore, the Future and the Global Jihad.’ Whatever he is doing, he is certainly opening us up to domination by this global force, whether it’s spiritual or not or whether it’s demonic, that the international Islamic movement is part of it, clearly he is working with them but it could be even worse than that.
Rick Joyner is afraid that Muslims are using their “Seven Mountains” strategy to infiltrate and dominate society.
B. The Funding of Murderous Propaganda
Fear, Inc.: The Roots of the Islamophobia Network in America
This in-depth investigation conducted by the Center for American Progress Action Fund reveals not a vast right-wing conspiracy behind the rise of Islamophobia in our nation but rather a small, tightly networked group of misinformation experts guiding an effort that reaches millions of Americans through effective advocates, media partners, and grassroots organizing. This spreading of hate and misinformation primarily starts with five key people and their organizations, which are sustained by funding from a clutch of key foundations. The funding More than $40 million flowed from seven foundations over 10 years. The foundations funding the misinformation experts: Donors Capital Fund; Richard Mellon Scaife Foundation; Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation; Newton and Rochelle Becker Foundation and Newton and Rochelle Becker Charitable Trust; Russell Berrie Foundation, Anchorage Charitable Fund and William Rosenwald Family Fund; Fairbrook Foundation.
The misinformation experts
Five experts generate the false facts and materials used by political leaders, grassroots groups, and the media: Frank Gaffney at the Center for Security Policy David Yerushalmi at the Society of Americans for National Existence Daniel Pipes at the Middle East Forum Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch and Stop Islamization of America Steven Emerson of the Investigative Project on Terrorism
These experts travel the country and work with or testify before state legislatures calling for a ban on the nonexisting threat of Sharia law in America and proclaiming that the vast majority of mosques in our country harbor Islamist terrorists or sympathizers. David Yerushalmi’s “model legislation” banning Sharia law has beencut and pasted into bills in South Carolina, Texas, and Alaska. His video on how to draft an anti-Sharia bill and his online tools have been picked up nationwide.
The reach The movement is moving nationwide in more than 23 states—made possible by a combination of new, single-minded Islamophobia groups, exemplified by Brigitte Gabriel’s ACT! For America, Pam Geller’s Stop Islamization of America, David Horowitz’s Freedom Center, and existing groups such as the American Family Association and the Eagle Forum. Misinformation experts are broadcast around the country and the world, with their work cited many times by (among others) confessed Norway terrorist Anders Breivik. U.S. politicians such as Reps. Peter King (R-NY), Allen West (R-FL), and Michele Bachmann (R-MN) repeat these anti-Muslim attacks give credence to incorrect facts.
The impact This small network of people is driving the national and global debates that have real consequences on the public dialogue and on American Muslims. In September 2010, a Washington Post-ABC News poll showed that 49 percent of Americans held an unfavorable view of Islam, a significant increase from 39 percent in October of 2002.
Why it matters These attacks go right to the heart of two critically important national issues: the fabric and strength of our democracy and our national security. Our Constitution upholds freedom of religion for all Americans. Contending that some religions are not part of the promise of American freedoms established by our founders directly challenges who we are as a nation. One of Al Qaeda’s greatest recruitment and propaganda tool is the assertion that the West is at war with Islam and Muslims—an argument that is strengthened every day by those who suggest all Muslims are terrorists and all those practicing Islam are jeopardizing U.S. security.

When he speaks graciously, do not believe him, for there are seven abominations in his heart.* Proverbs 26:25 - New American Standard 1. Denying Dominionism from herescope.com, an Evangelical anti-cult website:
"Dominionism? What Dominionism? I don't see any Dominionism!"
The Dominionism Cover-Up There is a considerable amount of backpeddling going on now that Dominionism has made the national news. A chorus of establishment media have stuck their heads into the sand are are blindly crying, "Dominionism? What dominionism? I don't see any Dominionism!" Most of these reporters who have never heard of it didn't bother to take the time to research it, and therefore say it doesn't exist. Joining the liberal media in this chorus is a host of evangelical leaders, some of them longtime Dominionists, who are spouting the same denials. What strange bedfellows indeed!

Peter Wagner denies the intents, the size and even the very existence of an Apostolic organization. Please note that many of the links confirming these statements have had the information removed or altered. a. In one Apostolic website, globalspheres.org, Wagner writes:
The NAR is not an organization. No one can join or carry a card. It has no leader. I have been called the “founder,” but this is not the case.... They couldn’t find a top leader or even a leadership team. There was no newsletter. The NAR didn’t have an annual meeting. There was no printed doctrinal statement or code of ethics. This was very different from dealing with traditional denominations.

“In 2009, on the eve of his 80th birthday, C. Peter Wagner was directed by the Lord to ask John P. Kelly to again assume the roll of Presiding (now Convening) Apostle over ICA. ICA was transferred back to Fort Worth, Texas in the spring of 2010. With an official handing of the baton ceremony at the 2010 Annual November Gathering, Dr. Wagner was installed as the Presiding Apostle Emeritus of ICA and John P. Kelly became the new Convening Apostle.”

b. Peter Wagner denies, on Voice of America News, that the purpose of his movement is to take control of society.
We don't believe in taking over a nation. But we believe in exerting as much influence in every one of the mountains to see the values of the Kingdom of God within a democratic society, within religious pluralism. Nevertheless he had previously stated that: Dominion has to do with control. Dominion has to do with rulership. Dominion has to do with authority and subduing and it relates to society.... In other words, what, what, what is talked about - what the values are in heaven, need to be made manifest here on earth. Dominion means being the head and not the tail. Dominion means ruling as kings. It says in Revelation Chapter 1:6 that He
has made us kings and priests, and check the rest of that verse. It says "for dominion." So we are kings for dominion.
Long version. (0:19); short version.
He has also shown his respect for “religious pluralism” by boasting how members of his movement destroyed a public statue of a non-Christian Goddess in a foreign country:
Some members of our Spiritual Warfare Network in Penang did have eyes to see. In a prayer meeting in their church, they were directed to target their warfare prayers into the center of the island, where the temple and the statue were located... Amazingly enough, within a week, the newspapers reported that a mysterious crack had appeared on the cement skirt of the idol! Despite frantic efforts to repair it, the
crack kept increasing day after day, and within a month the entire skirt – tons of concrete – fell to the ground exposing only the ugly column of reinforced concrete that formed the structural core of the statue.

There is no doubt, however, that the 7MDs do have a goal of top-down control of society. This is explicit in their literature in many places. The exception to this is when they are in PR mode: then they downplay and even completely deny that they believe in dominion. Reconstructionists: The Most Radical of the Theocrats
Christians have an obligation, a mandate, a commission, a holy responsibility to reclaim the land for Jesus Christ – to have dominion in the civil structures, just as in every other aspect of life and godliness. But it is dominion that we are after. Not just a voice. It is dominion we are after. Not just influence. It is dominion we are after. Not just equal time. It is dominion we are after.... Thus, Christian politics has as its primary intent the conquest of the land - of men, families, institutions, bureaucracies, courts, and governments for the Kingdom of Christ. It is to reinstitute the authority of God's Word as supreme over all judgments, over all legislation, over all declarations, constitutions, and confederations.
George Grant, The Changing of the Guard
“Man must exercise dominion in the name of God, and in knowledge, righteousness, and holiness…. The world, moreover, cannot be surrendered to Satan. It is God’s world and must be brought under God’s law politically, economically, and in every other way possible. The Enlightenment, by its savage and long-standing attack on Biblical faith, has brought about a long retreat of Christianity from a full-orbed faith to a king of last-ditch battle centering around the doctrines of salvation and of the infallible Scripture. The time has come for a full-scale offensive, and it has indeed begun, to bring every area of thought into captivity to Christ, to establish the whole counsel of God and every implication of His infallible word.” John Eidsmoe quoting Rushdoony, God and Caesar

In the words of John Eidsmoe, Michele Bachmann’s beloved mentor:
God’s Word has a lot to say about government, about crime and punishment, about abortion, about national defense, about war and peace, about the many political issues that face us daily. Paul declared that he had ‘not shunned to declare unto all the counsel of God’ (Acts 20:27). The fundamentalist who refuses to preach or consider what God’s Word has to say about politics is not declaring the whole counsel of God and has a serious gap in his ministry. R. J. Rushdoony put it well when he said, ‘Man must exercise dominion in the name of God, and in knowledge, righteousness, and holiness…. The world, moreover, cannot be surrendered to Satan. It is God’s world and must be brought under God’s law politically, economically, and in every other way possible. Excerpts from Joseph Morecraft’s book, "With Liberty & Justice for All: Christian Politics Made Simple" (Gods of irony!). In these passages, Morecraft explicitly argues for theocracy. He claims that all governments are inherently religious. The only question is whether the state religion will be "humanism" or Christianity. Civil authority must practice God's law which is laid out in the Bible, and the state has no right to add to or deviate from it. He claims that the primary function of a civil government is extremely limited. Its primary purpose is to punish and "terrorize" those who fail to follow the laws of God.
All forms of human governments draw their authority, power, and jurisdiction from God, not from the will of the people nor the consent of the governed, because governments do not originate with the people, but with God. (p. 15ff) The individual’s duty is clear: he must submit to the powers that be. The state’s duty is equally clear: it must submit to Almighty God. (p. 23) A state is an idolatrous state under divine judgment if it favors any other god than the triune God of the Bible, and any other religion than biblical Christianity. (p. 38-39) The purpose of the First Amendment to the Constitution is not to secularize or deChristianize the government of the United States…That was never the intent of the authors of that Amendment. This secular view is superimposed on the Constitution by those whose agenda is the de-Christianization of America’s civil and social institutions. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story (1811-1845) refuted this secular approach to the First Amendment when he wrote: Work toward that great objective: the Christianization of every facet of American society and culture and the evangelization of every American citizen and family. (p. 43) [The state’s authority] is ministerial not legislative. God has not given it the right to create laws, legislation, and policies by fiat ex nihilio. It may not invent regulations based on the latest opinion poll or the most recent expert advice. The state may administer and apply to our modern situation the laws it finds written in the Bible governing the civil sphere.… To say that we need additional, extra-biblical, or contra-biblical laws, to satisfy the needs of our modern age is to deny the Bible’s all-sufficient, eternal authority for all of life in all ages (Deuteronomy 4:1f; 8:12-32; 29:29). (p. 48-49) …it is the responsibility of the state to legislate biblical morality. We must not flinch at this point. For a nation to remain free and just, its civil government must enforce biblical law…. (p. 51) Theocracy is a very proper description of a godly political order, when that word is defined correctly. … A theocracy, in the biblical sense of the word, is a nation where God’s revealed law is supreme over all human laws, and is the source of all laws.
A label describing such an order that could be substituted for theocracy is Christian Republic. (p. 57) Has the federal government of the United States become the enemy of its godly citizens? It has become a “terrorist state” against its citizens by threatening our liberty, prosperity, security, and our very lives; because it has clearly turned its back on its accountability to the supremacy of Almighty God. (p. 60) Joseph Morecraft, "With Liberty & Justice for All: Christian Politics Made Simple."
Their intention to dominate the world:
Christians have an obligation, a mandate, a commission, a holy responsibility to reclaim the land for Jesus Christ - to have dominion in the civil structures, just as in every other aspect of life and godliness. But it is dominion that we are after. Not just a voice. It is dominion we are after. Not just influence. It is dominion we are after. Not just equal time. It is dominion we are after. ... George Grant, The Changing of the Guard Ft. Worth, TX: Dominion Press, 1987) PDF 5051.
Their goal of having dictatorial control of Nations.
a. They have a choice: Either submit to His government and law, accepting His nonnegotiable terms of surrender and peace, or be smashed to bits by the rod of His anger. David Chilton, The Days of Vengeance: An Exposition of the Book of Revelation (Ft. Worth, TX: Dominion Press, 1984), p. 63. b. Those who are obedient to His commands will rule the world, reconstructing it for His glory in terms of His laws. Psalm 2 shows God laughing and sneering at the pitiful attempts of the wicked to fight against and overthrow His Kingdom. He has already given His Son "all authority in heaven and earth," and the King is with His Church until the end of the age (Matt. 23:18-20)! Is it possible that the King will be defeated? He has, in fact, warned all earthly rulers to submit to His government, or perish (Ps. 2:10-12). And the same is true of His Church. The nation that will not serve us will perish (Isa. 60:12); all the peoples of the earth will be subdued under our feet (Ps. 47:1-3)--promises made originally to Israel, but now to be fulfilled in the New Israel, the Church. David Chilton, The Days of Vengeance: An Exposition of the Book of Revelation (Ft. Worth, TX: Dominion Press, 1984), p. 117.
Their justification of genocide on the basis of being superior to other people.
It occurs to me: Was Moses arrogant and unbiblical when he instructed the Israelites to kill every Canaanite in the land (Deut. 7:2; 20:16-17)? Was he an "elitist" or (horror of horrors) a racist? No; he was a God-fearing man who sought to obey God, who
commanded them to kill them all. It sounds like a "superior attitude" to me. Of course, Christians have been given no comparable military command in New Testament times, but I am trying to deal with the attitude of superiority--a superiority based on our possession of the law of God. That attitude is something Christians must have when dealing with all pagans. God has given us the tools of dominion. Gary North, The Sinai Strategy: Economics and the Ten Commandments (Tyler, TX: Institute for Christian Economics, 1986), p. 214n.
They Want to Tyrannize and destroy Other Religions
They want to take advantage of religious liberty, through Christian schools and the homeschooling movement, in order to train a generation of brainwashed children who will destroy everyone else’s religious liberty.
So let us be blunt about it: we must use the doctrine of religious liberty to gain independence for Christian schools until we train up a generation of people who know that there is no religious neutrality, no neutral law, no neutral education, and no neutral civil government. Then they will get busy in constructing a Bible-based social, political and religious order which finally denies the religious liberty of the enemies of God. Gary North, "The Intellectual Schizophrenia of the New Christian Right" in Christianity and Civilization: The Failure of the American Baptist Culture, No. 1 (Spring, 1982), p. 25.
They want to segregate members of other religions.
Segregation or separation is thus a basic principle of Biblical law with respect to religion and morality. Every attempt to destroy this principle is an effort to reduce society to its lowest common denominator. Toleration is the excuse under which this levelling is undertaken, but the concept of toleration conceals a radical intolerance. In the name of
toleration, the believer is asked to associate on a common level of total acceptance with the atheist, the pervert, the criminal, and the adherents of other religions as though no differences existed. R.J. Rushdoony, The Institutes of Biblical Law (Nutley, NJ: Craig Press, 1973), p. 294.
They want to deny citizenship to non-church members.
This same principle applies to the civil covenant. Christians are not to be unequally yoked with non-Christians. There is only one way to achieve this goal: withdrawal from politics. The question is: Who should withdraw, covenant-keepers or covenant-breakers? Pietists answer that covenant-keepers should withdraw; biblical theocrats insist that covenantbreakers should withdraw. One side or the other must eventually exclude its rival. (Political pluralists argue that both groups can make a permanent political covenant.) The longterm goal of Christians in politics should be to gain exclusive control over the franchise. Those who refuse to submit publicly to the eternal sanctions of God by submitting to His Church's public marks of the covenant – baptism and holy communion must be denied citizenship, just as they were in ancient Israel. The way to achieve this political goal is through successful mass evangelism followed by constitutional revision. Gary North, Political Polytheism: The Myth of Pluralism (Tyler, TX: Institute for Christian Economics, 1989), p. 87
They want to deny citizenship to Christians who have different beliefs than they do. For example, lack of belief in the Trinity and membership in a church that holds those beliefs:
1. What I am talking about in this book is a republic in which legal access to the franchise and seats of elected and appointed political authority are open only to those who take a Trinitarian civil oath of allegiance and who are also communicant members in good standing in churches that profess a Trinitarian creed. Gary North, Political Polytheism: The Myth of Pluralism (Tyler, TX: Institute for Christian Economics, 1989), p. 594 2. God wants every nation to have its political citizenship match its people's heavenly citizenship. This goal can be achieved positively: by widespread conversions of political citizens to saving covenantal faith in Jesus Christ. This new political order can subsequently be maintained - though not without continuing widespread conversions - on a judicially negative basis: by removing legal access to the franchise and civil offices from those who refuse to become communicant members of Trinitarian churches. Ibid., p. 621.
They want to execute those who held different religious beliefs.
Humanists love to point out the burning of “poor innocent” Servetus in Geneva, where the Protestant Reformer John Calvin had influence. Such criticism is agendadriven, overlooking Servetus’ horrendous crimes against God. Historian Otto Scott writes, “Servetus holds a special status in anti-Calvinist legends. ... But theologians know Servetus as a forerunner of Unitarianism, a pioneer in the ‘historical school’ of Biblical criticism, a spreader of Judaic criticisms of Christianity and as one of the great theological disturbers of all time.” Steve C. Halbrook, “God is Just: A Defense of the Old Testament Civil Laws – Second Edition.” PDF Page 128 - actual text [Search page 173], Chapter 14: Questioning God’s Justice.
They Want to Bring Back Slavery
The bible permits slavery. This statement will come as a shock to most people. The laws in the Bible concerning slavery have very seldom been studied, much less preached upon. But the biblical laws concerning slavery are among the most beneficent in all the Bible. ... The care of slaves. Slaves have no economic incentive to work, since they cannot improve their situation regardless of how hard they labor. Therefore the master is allowed to provide that incentive by beating them (Exodus 21:20-27). Obviously, the slave is not regarded as having equal rights as a free man. But this very fact would keep a man from entering slavery too hastily. Slavery has certain benefits (job security, etc.), but it has serious drawbacks as well. Slavery was not allowed to become irresponsible welfare or paternalism. The law limited the master, however. If he murdered his slave, he was executed (Exodus 21:20). On the other hand, if the slave survived a beating and died a day or two later, there was no punishment (Exodus 21:21); there was no evidence that the master had actually intended to murder him. Again, this risk was a serious incentive against enslaving oneself. God did not want men to heedlessly abandon their freedom and this law would tend to keep men working hard and living responsibly in order to avoid the threat of losing their liberty and civil rights. Relatively minor but permanent injuries (such as the loss of an eye or a tooth) resulted in the slave's freedom (Exodus 21:26-27). This was also an economic incentive to keep the master from hitting the slave in the face, since a heavy blow could mean the loss of his "investment." Naturally, this law protected slaves from severe mutilation. David Chilton, Productive Christians in an Age of Guilt Manipulators (Tyler, TX: Institute for Christian Economics, 1981), pp. 61-62.
They Would Execute Rape Victims If They Married or Force Them to Marry Their Rapist If They Were Single
The victim of rape, if married would be executed if she did not scream for help. (Based on Deuteronomy 22:23-29)
The penalty for the rape of a married woman, or of a betrothed woman, was death. The law specified that consent on the part of the woman was presumed if it occurred "in the city" and "she cried not," and she then was assumed to be a participant in the adultery rather than an act of rape. As Luther observed, "The city is mentioned here for the sake of an example, because in it there would be people available to help her. Therefore she who does not cry out reveals that she is being ravished by her own will." In other words, "the city" represents here available help; was it appealed to? R.J. Rushdoony, The Institutes of Biblical Law (Nutley, NJ: Craig Press, 1973), pp. 396397.
The victim of rape, if single, was forced to marry her rapist.
If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, he shall pay her father fifty shekels[c] of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives. –

Native Americans were evil demon worshippers with no right to the land.

The Jew by David Chilton
"The god of Judaism is the devil. The Jew will not be recognized by God as one of His chosen people until he abandons his demonic religion and returns to the faith of his fathers--the faith which embraces Jesus Christ and His Gospel.” David Chilton, The Days of Vengeance: An Exposition of the Book of Revelation Dominion Press, Ft. They want to Bring Back the Death Penalty by Stoning and Burning at the Stake
“Biblical law sanctions capital punishments in the forms of the sword, burning, and stoning (and possibly hanging, as noted in chapter 13). With the sword and hanging not considered nearly as barbaric and primitive as burning and stoning by today’s humanistic standards, there is no pressing need to currently defend these forms of punishment. We will briefly defend burning carried out biblically, and then turn our efforts to defending stoning carried out biblically. At the outset, though, we must note that “the Bible does limit the gruesomeness of capital punishment. Deuteronomy 21:23 says that a body was not to remain hanging overnight. There was not to be a morbid delight in death even if it was legal. “It is amazing how many consider burning to be too harsh an execution. Every single sin—no matter how small we think it is—deserves eternal burning. And violating God’s civil code is a sin. Thus execution by temporal burning for violating God’s law (insofar as it relates to an offense the state is biblically authorized to punish in this way) is actually extremely lenient compared to what the sin truly deserves.”

Reconstructionist Books, Videos and Reviews
“Institutes of Biblical Laws” by Rousas Rushdoony, the intellectual founder of the Reconstructionist movement. This book calls for a Theocracy strictly based on Old Testament civil law with executions for transgressions. Amazon book reviews:
“If you've ever wondered what the American equivalent of an Islamic fundamentalist state would look like, this is the book to read.” “Rushdoony's “Institutes of Biblical Law" is one of the most influential and vile examples of anti-democratic, un-Constitutional and un-American writings in the vast collection of "Christian" fascist literature. It is important for Americans to be aware of this book and the arguments contained between its covers.” “I've never read a book more filled with horrific religiously intolerant tripe in my life.”

Rousas John Rushdoony: Rousas Rushdoony was the founder of Christian Reconstructionism. Born in 1916 and heavily influenced by the writings of Cornelius van Til, Rushdoony founded the Chalcedon Foundation in California in 1965. His 1973 book The Institutes of Biblical Law remains the handbook of Christian Reconstructionism, laying out all its principles and goals. Rushdoony was an early advocate of Christian homeschooling against secular public education and an early board member of the Rutherford Institute. The Founding Father’s Opinions on Christianity and Religion
The bill for establishing religious freedom, the principles of which had, to a certain degree, been enacted before, I had drawn in all the latitude of reason & right. It still met with opposition; but, with some mutilations in the preamble, it was finally past; and a singular proposition proved that its protection of opinion was meant to be universal. Where the preamble declares that coercion is a departure from the plan of the holy author of our religion, an amendment was proposed, by inserting the word “Jesus Christ,” so that it should read “departure from the plan of Jesus Christ, the holy author of our religion” the insertion was rejected by a great majority, in proof that they meant to comprehend, within the mantle of it's protection, the Jew and the Gentile, the Christian and Mahometan, the Hindoo, and infidel of every denomination. Thomas Jefferson
Who controls the past, controls the future: who controls the present controls the past. 1984, George Orwell Let’s say you have a friend or workmate who, throughout your acquaintance, has made dozens of statements that you trust are true. Then one day you find out that
one of the things he said is a total falsehood; no mistake or misunderstanding possible, but a deliberate lie. Would that be the end of your acquaintance? Do you throw out everything you have invested in the relationship on the basis of one damn lie? Or would you just be perplexed, assuming that everything else he said is truthful but wondering why he said that one lie? Then you find out that he has lied on three other occasions. Would you not wonder how many other lies he has made in the past? Would you start distrusting anything he might say in the future? At what point would you lose your trust in him entirely? What would you think if that friend were to tell you, after he had been exposed, that he’s merely imperfect and that you should not judge the rest of what he said on the basis of a few ‘mistakes’? Now imagine this as a national situation with the future of a country about to be determined on the basis of a 101 lies. The falsehoods in question are the statements being made about the United States having been founded as a Christian nation. It is obvious that this nation was colonized by Christians and that most of its current population identifies itself as Christian, but what is the point of saying that this is a Christian nation? It is as meaningless to state that the United States was founded as a Christian nation as it is to emphasize the fact that it was founded as a white nation. This is a multi-cultural nation and no one should feel excluded by emphasizing one religion or group above any other. Yet that is what Christian Nationalists are doing and their claim that the Founding Fathers were mostly Christians is part of their attempt to politicize and impose their version of Christianity upon this nation. The truth about the Founding Fathers is that they were very different in their beliefs than the American populace was back then and much more tolerant of other religions, Christian and non-Christian, as well. As you will see, their beliefs were so different that they would have been damned by those who are now claiming them as their own.

And here, without anger or resentment, I bid you farewell. Sincerely wishing, that as men and Christians, ye may always fully and uninterruptedly enjoy every civil and religious right, and be, in your turn, the means of securing it to others; but that the example which ye have unwisely set, of mingling religion with politics, may be disavowed and reprobated by every inhabitant of AMERICA.

...on the subject of religion, a subject on which I have ever been most scrupulously reserved. I have considered it as a matter between every man and his maker, in which no other, & far less the public had a right to intermeddle.

Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man & his god, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; thus building a wall of [eternal] separation between Church & State.

# 3. You shall not establish any religion above any other.
We the subscribers, citizens of the said Commonwealth, having taken into serious consideration, a Bill printed by order of the last Session of General Assembly, entitled “A Bill establishing a provision for Teachers of the Christian Religion,” and conceiving that the same if finally armed with the sanctions of a law, will be a dangerous abuse of power, are bound as faithful members of a free State to remonstrate against it, and to declare the reasons by which we are determined. We remonstrate against the said Bill… ... 3. Because it is proper to take alarm at the first experiment on our liberties. We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of Citizens, and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution. The free men of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise, and entangled the question in precedents. They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle. We revere this lesson too much soon to forget it. Who does not see that the same authority which can establish Christianity, in exclusion of all other Religions, may establish with the same ease any particular sect of Christians, in exclusion of all other Sects?

# 7. You shall not disturb the religion and peace of other nations with Christian missionaries.
I do not know that it is a duty to disturb by missionaries the religion and peace of other countries, who may think themselves bound to extinguish by fire and fagot the heresies to which we give the name of conversions, and quote our own example for it. Were the Pope, or his holy allies, to send in mission to us some thousands of Jesuit priests to convert us to their orthodoxy, I suspect that we should deem and treat it as a national aggression on our peace and faith.
Thomas Jefferson to Michael Megear, 1823. The Writings of Thomas Jefferson, Memorial Edition 15:434 8. You shall not ban any books. #
I am mortified to be told that, in the United States of America, the sale of a book* [a book about the Universe] can become a subject of inquiry, and of criminal inquiry too, as an offense against religion; that a question like this can be carried before the civil magistrate. Is this then our freedom of religion? And are we to have a censor whose imprimatur shall say what books may be sold, and what we may buy? And who is thus to dogmatize religious opinions for our citizens? Whose foot is to be the measure to which ours are all to be cut or stretched? Is a priest to be our inquisitor, or shall a layman, simple as ourselves, set up his reason as the rule for what we are to read, and what we must believe?…. for God's sake, let us freely hear both sides, if we choose.

You shall question all religions.
I do not believe in the creed professed by the Jewish church, by the Roman church, by the Greek church, by the Turkish church, by the Protestant church, nor by any church that I know of. My own mind is my own church. ... EVERY national church or religion has established itself by pretending some special mission from God, communicated to certain individuals. The Jews have their Moses; the Christians their Jesus Christ, their apostles and saints; and the Turks their Mahomet; as if the way to God was not open to every man alike. Each of those churches shows certain books, which they call revelation, or the Word of God. The Jews say that their Word of God was given by God to Moses face to face; the Christians say, that their Word of God came by divine inspiration; and the Turks say, that their Word of God (the Koran) was brought by an angel from heaven. Each of those churches accuses the other of unbelief; and, for my own part, I disbelieve them all.

10. You shall question the Bible, even to the point of blasphemy.
But the whole history of these books is so defective and doubtful that it seems vain to attempt minute enquiry into it: and such tricks have been played with their text, and with the texts of other books relating to them, that we have a right, from that cause, to entertain much doubt what parts of them are genuine. In the New Testament there is internal evidence that parts of it have proceeded from an extraordinary man; and that other parts are of the fabric of very inferior minds. It is as easy to separate those parts, as to pick out diamonds from dunghills.

Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon, than the Word of God. It is a history of wickedness, that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind; and, for my own part, I sincerely detest it, as I detest everything that is cruel.

But the belief of a God is so weakened by being mixed with the strange fable of the Christian creed, and with the wild adventures related in the Bible, and the obscurity and obscene nonsense of the Testament, that the mind of man is bewildered as in a fog.
A man, by hearing all this nonsense, lumped and preached together, confounds the God of the Creation with the imagined God of the Christians, and lives as if there was none. Of all the systems of religion that were ever invented, there is none more derogatory to the Almighty, more unedifying to man, more repugnant to reason, and more contradictory in itself, than this thing called Christianity.

The Europeans are all deeply tainted with prejudices, both ecclesiastical and temporal, which they can never get rid of. They are all infected with episcopal and presbyterian creeds, and confessions of faith. They all believe that great Principle which has produced this boundless universe, Newton’s universe and Herschell’s universe, came down to this little ball, to be spit upon by Jews*. And until this awful blasphemy is got rid of, there never will be any liberal science in the world.

IT is upon this plain narrative of facts, together with another case I am going to mention, that the Christian mythologists, calling themselves the Christian Church, have erected their fable, which for absurdity and extravagance is not exceeded by anything that is to be found in the mythology of the ancients.

The truth is that the greatest enemies to the doctrines of Jesus are those calling themselves the expositors of them, who have perverted them for the structure of a system of fancy absolutely incomprehensible, and without any foundation in his genuine words. And the day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the supreme being as his father in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerva in the brain of Jupiter. But we may hope that the dawn of reason and freedom of thought in these United States will do away with all this artificial scaffolding, and restore to us the primitive and genuine doctrines of this the most venerated reformer of human errors.

This knowledge is of divine origin; and it is from the Bible of the creation that man has learned it, and not from the stupid Bible of the church, that teaches man nothing.

As can be seen by the statements of the Founding Fathers, they were deeply spiritual men, but most of them were definitely not of the Christian faith. While praising Jesus as a humanist, they mocked and even damned the Bible. Such men would be despised by conservative Christians nowadays. Thomas Jefferson, who became the third President of the United States, compared the sayings of Jesus in the New Testament to diamonds in a dunghill. Acting upon that belief he took a pair of scissors and cut out everything in the Gospels dealing with miracles, the resurrection, and statements of Jesus’ divinity. What remained of that mutilation were the humanist statements of Jesus. That work became known as the Jefferson Bible. Try taking a pair of scissors and cut out anything you want out of the Bible in front of a conservative Christian and see what happens. Thomas Paine, who inspired American revolutionaries with his writings, called the Bible stupid, Christianity repugnant, and said that the Old Testament might as well be the word of a demon. And yet many in the Christian right claim that Obama is anti-Christian. John Adams, who became the second President of the United States, wrote that the belief that Jesus came down to earth to be crucified - Christianity’s most sacred teaching - was an awful blasphemy to the “great Principle” of creation that had to be eliminated or “there never will be any liberal science in the world.” Imagine Obama saying that and see how long he gets to live. So why are many American Christian leaders giving a false account of the beliefs of the Founding Fathers when most of them would not even be elected to any political position nowadays? What do they stand to gain from such falsehoods? Chris Pinto of Adullam Films answers that question in his DVD The Hidden Faith of Our Founding Fathers, a thorough and scholarly expose of David Barton’s falsification of our Founding Father’s beliefs given from an orthodox Christian point of view:
I believe it’s so important that we as Christians expose this wicked spirit of AntiChrist among the Founding Fathers and not bring these guys into our churches and teach our children, and our families, and our brethren, that these men were some kind of Christian heroes when they weren’t Christian heroes at all. They were denying the Gospel of our Lord and so our battle is not - is not a political battle. The reason that men like David Barton want to take the Founders and go into Churches and into try to convince you that these guys were Christians is because they want you to become entangled in the politics of this world and to get your eyes and your focus off the spiritual battle that the Scripture tells us is the real fight that we’re in.
