It is important that in a sophisticated dining room like STOCK, the plate ware is equally appealing. From a chefs
perspective, the many choices that Steelite has to offer, allows me to be very creative and takes some of the work out of the
presentation of the food. This is a very busy restaurant that requires our dishes to be durable and Steelite provides a sense
