Step 2: Book your cart

your cart.

Step 3: Fill out this form

Complete this form in its entirety. Ensure that
you have a Laptop Sign in/out sheet for each
class you will be using these laptops in.

Distribute/Check Out Procedures

Laptop Carts are stocked with 15-30 student Laptops.
Teachers must have a laptop sign in/out sheet for each class you will be using the laptops. Each
student will be assigned a laptop for the duration of the period.

Pick Up/Return

Laptop carts must be picked up no later than 7:30 AM from Mr. Sosa and returned by 3:45 PM for
the duration of your checkout.

Condition of Cart

Carts must be returned with all chargers plugged into the cart and cable wrapped. Each computer
must be in it’s own correctly labeled shelf.
Any damages or vandalism must be reported to Mr. Sosa immediately via the tracking form.

What NOT to do:

DON’T check out laptops or chargers to other teachers or students not currently in your class.
DON’T check out laptops or chargers to individual students or teachers to take home.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
I have read and understand the expectations for borrowing and using the laptop
cart. I understand that my laptop cart check-out procedures may be revoked
should policies not be followed.
