Protest rallies were very literally the birth of the modern Tea Party movement. A protest rally can send a strong message to our public officials and the rest of the community, but only if they are successful. An unsuccessful rally can have opposite the desired effects - too few people can be interpreted as too little support. Therefore, it is important to have a successful rally. The following information is intended for a large rally. If you are organizing a smaller rally you may not need to implement all of the recommended procedures. Scale the following information to fit your event.
