All participants should be seated by 8.30 hours in the convocation hall. No late entry will be allowed. Nobody will be permitted in the convocation hall without Valid Entry Pass.
Please bring your photo ID card/Invitation Card along with the pass.

Children less than 12 years old will not be admitted. Mobile phones, walky talky, food packets, camera, bags, water bottles, etc. are not permitted. Clapping is strictly prohibited in the convocation hall. All are requested to stand up when the convocation procession arrives and leaves the hall. All are requested to stand up at the time of National Anthem. Please do not leave the hall until the convocation procession leaves the hall.
