Monthly Tracking Place the number of NCT tickets for the part number listed into the corresponding month(s).
Legend of Color Codes
Each corresponding month for each item listed needs to have a color code. Red is for the month for which the quality concern was entered into the NCT System. Yellow is for an NCT if it is in Dispute Status. This can change either to red or green pending Dispute outcome. Green is for months with no quality concerns regarding the part listed in the item column
