3) Fast Start Bonus


Objective

Reward Distributors with a fast return on personal enrollments and on team building activities. Description of Bonuses
Fast Start Bonus is paid on the First-Month Volume of a New Distributor The bonus is paid to the Enroller and the next five qualifying upline Distributors The amount paid to the Enroller and the upline is based on the qualified rank of each recipient per month

FSB Qualification Requirements


1) To receive FSB each month, the following ranks must achieve the following requirements: Associate - 50 PV and 75 GV Jr. Manager and Manager 50 PV Sr. Manager and higher - 50 PV, 250 GV and Rank OV Requirements 2) The Group Volume (GV) requirement of 125GV for Junior Manager and 250GV for Manager must be achieved for one month only.

3) When a Prospect joins , the FSB on his First Month personal volume up to 250 PV, is paid to the Enroller and upline through the Fast Start Bonus.
4) If the Prospect, who is now called a New Distributor, purchases over 250 PV on his First Month, it will be paid through the Fast Start Bonus as follows: 1st level goes to the New Distributor. 2nd Level goes to the Enroller of the New Distributor Levels three through six is paid upline. 5) Distributors who have 50 PV but have NOT achieved Associate rank or higher will receive 5% on level one

Fast Start Bonus Example #2


How the Fast Start Bonus is paid to Distributors with Different Ranks on a team: In this example: The New Distributor is sponsored by an Associate The Associate receives 20% on the first-month orders up to 250 PV of the New Distributor The other Upline Distributors receive anywhere from 0% to 5% on first month orders There is one Distributor that did not qualify with at least 50 PV. That Distributor is not counted as a qualified level and would not receive a Fast Start Bonus Therefore, the Fast Start Bonus would skip that Distributor and continue upline to the next qualified Distributor until all six levels of the Fast Start Bonus is paid out.
NOTE: The 1ST Level Fast Start Enroller Bonus does roll-up to the next qualified upline if the Direct Enroller himself or herself is not qualified to receive the bonus due to No Purchase in a month of at least 50 PV.

4) Group Bonus
Franchise Owners earn a Group Bonus based on the amount of products sold by their frontline distributors who are Not Yet Managers Group Bonuses begin at 5% and can grow to 20%

How to Qualify for Team Builder Bonus?


Team Builder Bonuses are earned as Distributors build their total OV (Organization Volume) and confirm the volume the following month. 1. Must have at least 50 PV in the month 2. Personally sponsor at least 3 Distributors Frontline and help them achieve the rank of Associate or higher and maintain at least 3 direct legs with a minimum of 250 OV in a calendar month

3. Leg Balance - At least 40% of required OV must come from legs outside the largest leg*
4. Bank and Release Two options for bonus to be released: Hold OV level the following month (must be two consecutive months) Move up to the next Team Builder level 5. A Distributor may earn each Bonus only once - There is no time limit for achieving the bonuses

6) Organization Royalties
Once you achieve the rank of Senior Manager, you can begin earning Organization Royalties. Organization Royalties allow you to be paid on shares of volume of your expanded network. The higher your rank the deeper you are paid Royalty Shares on your organization.
Example: As a Director you are eligible to be paid on the volume generated on Royalty Share 1 and Royalty Share 2 As a Sapphire, you are eligible to be paid on the volume generated on Royalty Share 1 4 As a Diamond, you are eligible to be paid on the volume generated on Royalty Share 1 through 6

7) Presidential Royalties
Presidential Royalties are paid to Distributors when they reach each rank of the Presidents Club. Presidential Royalties of up to 3%, 4% or 5% are added to the Organization Royalty of 5% for the ranks of Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond. The resulting total Royalty is up to 8% for Sapphire, up to 9% for Ruby and up to 10% for Diamond.
The Presidential Royalties are paid to: Qualifying Sapphires for a minimum of twelve months Qualifying Rubies for a minimum of twelve months Qualifying Diamond for a minimum of 24 months The qualification periods may be extended by advancing to the next rank in the Compensation Plan.

The highlighted percentages reflects the Royalties paid when a Distributor is a qualifying Presidents Club Member:

8) Presidential Bonus Program


Description of Bonuses Presidential Bonuses are earned by confirming the achievement of Sapphire, Ruby or Diamond ranks
Once the rank has been achieved for 3 consecutive months, a bonus will be paid for each additional month the rank is achieved up to 9 months in a 12-month period of time

Qualification Requirements: To be eligible for a Presidential Bonus, a Distributor must achieve the following: Sapphire Bonus Achieve the rank of Sapphire for three consecutive months within your first nine months

Ruby Bonus Achieve the rank of Ruby for three consecutive months within your first fifteen months
Diamond Bonus Achieve the rank of Diamond for three consecutive months within your first twenty one months

Amount of Bonuses Sapphire Ruby Diamond = $27,000 ($3,000 per month for up to nine months) = $54,000 ($6,000 per month for up to nine months) = $81,000 ($9,000 per month for up to nine months)

NOTE: The times allowed to build a business equal to each rank should be adequate for a Distributor that is focused on building a strong business and teaching those principles to his team of Distributors. If for some reason the rank of Sapphire is not achieved within the allotted time period, the Sapphire bonus is no longer available. The Distributor may still strive for the Ruby bonus and the Diamond bonus.

9) Additional Franchise Positions


When you achieve the rank of Presidential Diamond, you will be eligible to start an Additional Franchise Position (AFP). The AFP is placed front line to your original franchise. This allows you to earn nearly double the percentage on volume generated from your AFP. When the Additional Franchise Position maintains 100,000 OV for three consecutive months, the Franchise Partner is recognized as a Double Diamond and may begin a third franchise - with the goal of becoming a Triple Diamond. This process may be duplicated one additional time to achieve the highest franchise rank of Crown Diamond.

10) Chairmans Club Bonuses


As you achieve the rank of Double Diamond, Triple Diamond and Crown Diamond, Double Diamond you become a member of the Chairmans Club and receive Chairmans Club Bonuses. These bonuses are Lifestyle Bonuses not cash bonuses and are tailored to fulfill the Triple Diamond individual dreams of the recipient.
