How Laura changed Meanpants

Once there lived a man who was so mean and selfish that people started calling him Mr. Meanpants. People also said that one day he would go beyond the limit and that one day came very soon. The daughter of the head of his village came to ask him for her ball which had accidentally rolled into his garden from under the fence. He flatly refused. This made the head angry and a quarrel began, which ended in Meanpants being banished from the village. He went to the city with no money for he was lazy too. He went to the best coffee shop in the city and asked for the tastiest and the most expensive order which included buns, cupcakes and even a pudding and a pie to impress the sweet waitress who was taking the order. After some time, the waitress (Laura) brought in the food and the man suddenly remembered that he had no money. He lied to Laura that he was slimming. Laura knew he was lying because a person thin as a stick cant be slimming. Meanpants left the shop without paying. Laura let him go because he seemed like a decent man. Mr. Mean pants realized that he should not have been so mean because his meanness may have hurt many people. From that day, he decided never to be selfish to anyone.
